We are offering a luxury apartment in the beautiful grounds of 3 ½ acres surrounding our home. The accommodation is ideal for a couple or small family wishing to enjoy a self-catering holiday in the Norfolk countryside or the travelling professional who prefers the independence of a self-catering apartment as compared to staying in a hotel. The property is secluded and offers fantastic bird watching opportunities from both the apartment and within the grounds. The surrounding area is extremely attractive and ideal for country walks and safe cycling through the lanes.

The apartment is located in an easily accessible but quiet country lane. A public house, post office and village store can be found in the village of Dickleburgh, a pleasant walking distance away. Dickleburgh is approx. 6 miles from the historic market town of Diss, which offers a mainline railway, supermarkets, petrol stations and various pubs and restaurants. It is also located approximately half-way between Ipswich and Norwich, both being approx. ½ hour drive away. The coast, together with many local attractions, is also easily accessible. The apartment is therefore conveniently located for both leisure and business use.

Notes to the rental rates

The apartment is offered fully furnished with all electricity, bed linen, table linen, and towels included. Guests can arrive on Saturday afternoon any time after 2 pm and vacate by 9 am the following Saturday.
Lets of two weeks or more will include a weekly clean and change of bed linen, etc. A 25% deposit is payable to secure the booking and the remainder of the balance is payable two weeks prior to arrival. Deposits will only be refundable for cancellations notified over 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
A cash deposit may be required at the commencement of the booking to cover breakages and will be returned, less any breakage costs when vacating the property. Short term lets of 3 or 5 days are also available. Please ask for prices. Terms may be negotiable for lets in excess of two weeks.

It comprises of entrance with stairs up to a lounge with an open plan kitchen, and a large double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The lounge has a double sofa bed and there is ample room for a cot in the bedroom. The lounge also has a table with 4 chairs, colour television, DVD and midi CD system. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a ceramic hob double oven cooker, washer dryer and microwave. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and two bedside tables. The bathroom consists of an electric shower, basin and toilet. The apartment is newly furnished in a modern farmhouse style and comprises a carpeted stairway with wood laminated floors in the lounge, kitchen and bedroom, and a tiled bathroom. The decor is light and airy, with low voltage lighting throughout. Outside guests can enjoy their own private garden area. |
