With stunning views from the top of a hill at the end of a one mile track, set in the heart of the Garden of England, Three Chimneys is a haven of tranquility, yet only an hour from London. There are five cottages,sleeping from 2-9, and one B & B room. All are individually and stylishly furnished, with lovely kitchens and bathrooms. The cottages are well equipped, all bed linen and towels included in the cost. The Farm is tranquil and there is a tennis court, and a playing field where children can kick a ball or play badminton. The cottages open on to the farm and to Bedgebury Forest. There is a public footpath to the lake, which can be seen from some of the cottages. A perfect place to picnic, or for visitors who like to walk, or cycle and for children to play.....or Go Ape is a walk across the woods !! Goudhurst is at the heart of the South East’s castles and gardens, and the sea is only about 15 miles away. London is in easy reach for a day out.

Charming single story house. Stylishly furnished, and well equipped. Comprising two bedrooms, and very stylish shower room , large kitchen, dining/living room, with huge barn window, overlooking the garden and views. The large, enclosed garden with wonderful views across farmland, to the village, two miles distant, is a perfect place to relax and unwind.Horses grazing in the paddocks add to the calming atmosphere of Three Chimneys. Perfect for families. Tennis court on site, Within walking distance, of the Great Lake. Bedgebury forest with it's wonderful walks and fun cycle tracks is on the doorstep. Newly built in The Forest, 'Go Ape ' a fun adventure for anyone over 10 years old, and for all ages of children, a wonderful range of climbing frames and swings.

Approximately 1.5 kilometers from the village turn left onto track signed Bedgebury Estate. Where the track forks, keep right, following signs to Three Chimneys Farm. Follow the track to it's conclusion. Here you will find the Oast house office.
