Tregarthen is located just 400m from the magnificent surfing beach at Polzeath, and has off street parking for 3 cars and a secluded, lawned rear garden, with patio, offering excellent privacy. The South West Coastal Path and the amenities of the village are also within easy reach. This pretty white washed bungalow has two double rooms and a 3rd bedroom with bunk bed, sleeping up to six persons; a travel cot is also provided. Tastefully furnished, fully carpeted (except wood strip floors in the family room) and double glazed throughout, it also has essential facilities including a separate washer and dryer, dishwasher and microwave. The comfortable family room consisting of a newly fitted kitchen/diner and sitting room leads to a conservatory. There are separate bath and shower rooms, both with WC. The front garden also has a lawn, drive and parking. A separate annexe in the rear garden, sleeps up to 3 extra people, with shower room & WC. Tregarthen is open all year.

Polzeath is located on the north coast of Cornwall at the head of the river Camel. The fishing port of Padstow and the market town of Wadebridge are both close by. Newquay Airport has a daily service to London Stansted.
