2 bedroom year round cottage with driveway dog by arrangement

We have tried to ensure that everything has been provided to allow you to have a wonderful stay in our holiday cottage rental. A newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, hob and oven. We include a welcome pack of teas, coffee, milk, biscuits. The cosy lounge is ideal to relax in, having two comfy sofas, dining area, freeview TV , DVD player, CD player/radio, games and books. Both bedrooms overlook the peaceful back garden, one is a double bed and the other a small twin. Bed linen and tea towels are provided and the beds are made up for your arrival. The well designed bathroom has a modern shower and heated towel warmer. Private gardens, the front drive having space for 2 cars and enough space for a boat ! The sunny rear garden is ideal for outdoor living with patio and garden furniture. Sun loungers and beach chairs. A NO SMOKING COTTAGE. Dog allowed by arrangement. No prams, pushchairs etc inside please. HOUSE SWAP POSSIBLE IN THE UK

Additional information about rental rates

  • A £50 Good Housekeeping Security Deposit is payable with the booking. This is to ensure that the cottage is respected during your stay and is cleaned and left tidy, in the condition which it is found. It is refundable 3 to 4 days after the end of your rental. Please be assured that we very rarely need to retain this but will deduct a charge if the cottage is not cleaned prior to departure.
  • Short breaks are available out of season. These can be 3 or 4 night stays and are charged at 60% and 75% or the weekly rental respectively. 5 nights or more will be charged for the week.Please see the rental table for qualifying dates.
  • All electricity, heating and bed linen are included in the rental price. Towels are not provided. Complementary pack of teas, coffee, milk and biscuits are provided.

Notes: Pinetop is strictly non smoking. One dog is usually allowed by arrangement at a cost of £15/week. Please contact with details of size and breed. Dogs the size of a small donkey cannot be accepted! High chair is provided as are a range of toys, games and books, Cds and DVDs. A travel cot is also available, please ask when booking. As Pinetop is fully centrally heated and has PVC double glazed windows it is very comfortable even in the colder months. In summer the sunny garden is lovely to eat in and has a table and chairsol as well as sun lounger. The rear garden is lit and has a clothes line.

Cosy, comfortable cottage

We are returning to Pinetop Cottage in 2010, after staying for a month in 2009. Excellent location, private and comfortable situation. All amenities on site. Clean, with good interior decoration. Patio and garden. What more can we say - it's a great holiday destination, located close to shopping, sea, heritage sites and Jurassic coast.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children

Excellent and very welcoming

We had a wonderful stay at Pinetops and hope to go back very soon ! Patricia was so welcoming and the cottage was just lovely - very clean, homely and very accomodating - perfect for a family.
Poole is a beautiful part of Dorset and all the coastal areas we wanted to visit were within easy reach and all pubs/coffee shops etc very dog friendly which was an added bonus !
Creekmoor is near enough to all amenities but just far enough away to be in a peaceful quiet area - nice and relaxing after a long day out !
We would highly recommend staying at Pinetops to anyone - especially if you have a dog.
Patricia and Dave were so welcoming and lovely to us - we feel like we have made some new friends and cannnot wait to go back to Poole again!

Good to excellent

The cottage - smaller than the picture suggests, but then a diamond will look bigger with a camera.
Clean and comfortable. Good to excellent overall..

Reception - we and our spaniel were received and treated like friends, and a garment that we left behind in error was posted on to us without delay. Excellent.

Sightseeing and adventure - we know it's there, but we only had 2 days and were otherwise engaged. The cottage is well placed for accessing the shore and the forest, and for dog walkies there's a small wood a short walk nearby. A further visit would be very welcome.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Regular visitor to Pinetop

Pinetop is a two bedroomed semi detached bungalow situated in Creekmoor on the edge of Poole. It is a quiet location but excellently situated so as to be within minutes of all major road networks for the area. There are shopping facilities within a few minutes walk and Poole town centre is five minutes away by car. The facilities are well suited for a couple or a couple with young children. The kitchen is not large but is equiped so as to enable main meals to be prepared if you do not want to use the mass of eating eastablishments available in nearby Poole. Pinetops is well maintained and is always kept in a clean condition. The landlady is friendly and helpful but lives next door, so banish any thought of holding a rave party.
I have already booked to return in 2009.
