Notes to the rental rates

• By request we can sometimes arrange for your holiday to start on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
  
• A 25% deposit is taken on reservation, with the full balance payable 6 weeks prior the date of the holiday.
  
• Cots and high chairs available at additional cost of £10 each per week.

Our Alpine style bungalow is set within 180 acres of wooded and landscaped parkland which includes three acres of well-stocked fishing lakes. (No close season for fishing, NRA permit is required). The Country Club on Lakeview has many facilities, which include an indoor heated pool, fitness centre, sauna/solarium and Health and Beauty Spa. Outside you can enjoy the use of the tennis courts, jogging track (around lakes), putting green, and an eight bay academy-style golf driving range. The welcoming bar and restaurant is open all year and friendly staff arrange seasonal entertainment, family games, quiz evenings, sporting events on the big screen and more. Central heating and electricity is included in tariff. Bed linen, duvets and towels are also included. Cots and highchairs £10 per week each.

Places to Visit

The Eden Project (6 miles) is a great day out for all the family, and provides a fascinating insight into the world of plants and trees. Lanhydrock (7 miles) is one of the most fascinating and complete late 19th century houses in England and well worth a visit. The Lost Gardens of Heligan (15 miles) are also a must when visiting the area as is Bodmin Moor (4 miles), Camel Trail (6 miles). Out and About

There are many golf courses in the area, with Lostwithel Golf Club just 16 miles. There are also many excellent beaches and coves within the area, Newquay (14 miles), St Ives (35 miles), Watergate Bay (15 miles) and many more. The trendy boating resort of Rock is easily reached by passenger ferry from Padstow. Rock also has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants (The 'Black Pig' Restaurant). 'The Cornish Arms' at Pendoggett (14 miles), is also highly recommended. Port Isaac is a picturesque fishing village. It has steep narrow streets and beautiful views and can be enjoyed by walkers and visitors.
