It is right in the heart of Cornwall making it without question, a fabulous base for exploring Cornwall or simply a wonderful place for relaxing. This spacious lodge accommodates and sleeps 4 people comfortably and also has a double sofa bed in the lounge. It also benefits from being refurbished to a high standard including a luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi, flat screen TV and DVD player with surround sound system a balcony and terrace for relaxing and all the mod cons you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

A lovely place to stay

We had a lovely time at No. 1 Berryhill lodge last week. The lodge really was luxury, particularly the 2 bathrooms. If you are looking for an immaculately kept holiday stay then we can recommend this lodge as it is the cleanest holiday accomodation that we have ever stayed in.

The location was also in a very good central location providing easy access to the north and south cornish coasts as well as Bodmin Moor. We visited Padstow, St Ives, Mevagissey as well as the moors.

We would definitely recommend the lodge to family and friends and would certainly book it again should we plan a holiday in the same area.

Great Location/ Ideal for getting about

We had a fabulous time at No1 Berryhill everything about the lodge was great especially the two bathrooms the kids loved the jacuzzi.

We all went swimming in the pool at Lakeview every day the other facilities were first class.

Once again thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful lodge we will
definitley be coming back next year.

We had a great holiday in your lovely holiday home, everything was clean when we arrived and the location of the property was perfect for all areas of Cornwall. It was especially nice having clean linen provided in the middle of our stay. The weather was kind,although there were plenty of things to do. Thanks for letting us stay in your wonderful holiday home, we would definitely recommend it to others.

Great Base for exploring Cornwall

We stayed at Berryhill Lodge with our 1 year old during the two weeks of Wimbledon and had a great stay. The lodge was very spacious, comfortable and well appointed, as was the site. The kitchen had everything you could need, and the two bathrooms were very luxurious. The site was very easy to get to, being only 5 mins from the A30, and was perfectly located for all the popular sites; Eden Project; Lost Gardens; Padstow; Boscastle; Tintagel Castle and Newquay. We would definitely recommend staying at this lodge, having had a great time and holiday.

Great break

We stayed here for a week with a few friends and had a great time. The lodge itself was deceptively spacious and kitted out to a really high standard, and it was great to have two bathrooms. It is situated really centrally so you can get out and about to lots of places within a short drive. The camel trail, which is great for a days cycling, is close by and you can get to many of the beatiful beaches in about 20 minutes. I'd certainly recommend this place to friends.
