Situated on the tip of the North Norfolk coast this fine 18C country house has stunning sea views and direct access to the beach just yards away. The house has 3 sitting rooms, outside summer Spa Pool (Jul-Aug), free WiFi broadband & telephone, large garden and BBQ. There is a boat & jet ski launch ramp just 1 mile. The house is the perfect winter & summer retreat. Here your guests can enjoy log fires, beach & country walks and golf resorts in winter and a beautiful private garden with direct access to a fine beach just yards away for summer. We have furnished the house to accommodate 2-3 families sharing, large groups of friends away for a weekend or a stunning location to hold a family reunion. The house is 75% of the old Manor House. Ideally situated it's just 1 minute walk from the sea, and 5 minutes from the village, shops and pub. Turn right out of the drive and head inland and you are in the country, The Broads (8 miles & sailing) and just minutes from fabulous walks and Country Inns. Turn left and you are in the pretty village of Mundesley for all your shopping needs, or stay at home and you are just 100 yards from the beach. Mundesely is a small (and largely undiscovered) pretty Victorian seaside village. The village has an award winning beach (with some surf), good village facilities and beautiful surrounding countryside for summer and winter walks. Mundesley has a fabulous chip shop, wet fish shop, butchers, veg shop, chemist, P.O. gallery and 4 Pubs etc. so no need to drive anywhere. Nearby Comer has all the larger shops, train station and Pier. Norwich is just 35 miles away with links to London (1hour 40min) and Midlands (2hours 30 mins).
