This stunning house is located ten minutes from Bath in an acre of garden overlooking fields and valleys for miles around. It is an Arts and Crafts house with wooden floors throughout, and fireplaces in the 2 reception rooms; the living room and library. There is a wood fired and electric sauna in the back garden and several long walks. There is a regular bus service into Bath and Bristol. The garden has a specially built tree house. The kitchen can sit up to 11 people and the library can sit a further 8.

A few hundred yards away is a delicious Curry House and in the next village you will find King William pub, with homemade food and convivial atmosphere. There are plenty of marked walking trails around the area. There is also riding available. The house is only 15 minutes from Bath and all the ancient attractions, as well as 30 minutes from the cultural and buzzing nightlife of Bristol.
