Amber Cottage is set in a peaceful courtyard in a welcoming village on the Cartmel peninsula, an area famous for its rugged unspoilt coastal countryside, abundant wildlife and glorious racecourse. Just 1/4 mile from Holker Hall and park, 7 miles from Lake Windermere, Beatrix Potter's home (N.T.), Sizergh Castle, Levens Hall, Coniston Water and the many delights of the Lake District are easily accessible. Many footpaths and riding available locally. Golf 3 miles. Shop and two dining pubs 200 yards. Two bedrooms, lobby, cloakroom/WC. Open plan sitting/dining room with doors to garden. Well equipped kitchen. First floor with double bedroom with king size bed, twin bedded room, bathroom/WC (electric shower over bath). Linen (duvet) and towels inc. Electric heating. TV/DVD, radio/CD, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, auto washing machine, hairdryer, highchair and travel cot available. Parking. Garden with patio and furniture. Pets - 1 small well behaved dog max - NO SMOKING.
