Local facilities: The local shop in Kingswear is a five-minute drive away with good pubs and restaurants too. The National Trust House of Coleton Fishacre with its wonderful gardens and the coastal walk to Brixham or Kingswear is just a short walk away. The cottage is an excellent base for those needing to unwind and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the countryside yet only a few miles from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts.
