Detached 2-storey cottage with 3 full size bedrooms upstairs. Bed1 is a double with en-suite shower-room. Bed2 can be changed between 2 single beds and a double. Bed3 has 2 single beds. Upstairs family bathroom and downstairs WC. Living room has couches/armchairs for 6 (incl sofabed), dining for 8, fully equipped kitchen and outside deck with seating. The estate provides a peaceful and secluded environment with an extensive range of wildlife, including a protected area for rare birds during winter months. As well as the pool/sauna/tennis/playground/cricket nets on the estate, within walking distance are a full range of family and adventure activities at the Keynes Country Park (watersports, volleyball/basketball, boat & cycle hire, BBQ and play areas etc) and the village pub/restaurant.

Had a weeks' stay and was an absolute pleasure. Cottage itself was very well equipped and the wireless broadbacd was a great touch

Location superb for the water park itself but also for Bristol / Gloucester / Bath which all received a visit from us and our dog Billy

We loved every moment of our trip - as did Alfie our lab puppy (his 1st holiday). Great for getting away from it all, lots of walks in lovely surroundings, homely traditional pubs, great facilities on site especially heated swimming pool - will recommend to all our friends!!! :)
