A truly cotswold gem with a lovely garden, situated along a peaceful 'no through road' in the beautiful village of Bibury nr cirencester. The river Windrush runs through the village and the famous Alms Houses and The Arlington Museum owned by the National Trust. There is a shop and post office, pub hotel and tea rooms all within easy walking distance of the cottage. There is also an active Triout Farm where you can catch and buy your own trout. Cirencester the Roman Capital of the Cotswolds is nearby with the Corinium Museum wonderful church and many interesting shops and craft markets. Several excellent pubs and restaurants such as the Village Pub at Barnsley,(where a lot of celebrities such as Liz Hurley frequent) and The New Inn in Coln St Aldwyns are close by. Cheltenham, Oxford Stratford & Bath are an easy drive away. There is a wild life park close by which children love.

Bibury is between Cirencester and Burford on the B4425 in the heart of the Cotswolds. It is in the Coln Valley next two beautiful hamlets such as Ablington and Winson and a thirty minute drive to Swindon and Oxford. Cheltenham is half and hour away and Bath is an hour away. Northleach and Burford are 10/15 minutes drive away where there are fantastic butchers and antique shops plus all you need domestically. Bibury itself can provide all basic groceries so you do not need to get into the car!
