The Garden:
Visitors have use of the garden, which is shared with the owners who live in the adjoining property. Garden furniture including table, chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ are provided for the sole use of the property. Croquet and badminton equipment are provided and a rotary clothes line is also available. There is a raised patio and shaded area by an 18th century litchgate feature. The garden has mature trees and well established plants and shrubs.

The lounge is a quaint airy room with leaded windows, beams and an exposed brick fireplace (not operational). It has large sliding patio doors leading to the garden. Soft furnishings include 2 large sofas and a chair. There is a flat screen television with freeview digital tuner, a DVD player, a CD player and tape deck. A small selection of games, books, music and DVDs are available. Smoking is permitted in the garden, but unfortunately not in the house.
The bedroom is reached via a staircase from the lounge, and comprises of a double bed, built-in wardrobe, further hanging space, shelves for clothing and a small dressing table. A travel cot or Z-bed can be provided on request. Coordinated fabrics are used throughout. There is a small television together with tea and coffee making facilities. Towels and linen are included
