Spacious, light, clean, farmhouse with large private flat lawns surrounded by fields edged by trees. Not overlooked. Set well back from the road. The farm consists of a detached farmhouse, detached cottage, and large games room around a courtyard. The farm has 12 acres of land- 2 acres of which is for sole use of occupants of farmhouse- mowed to a small football field, cricket pitch and volleyball/badminton court. Games room has full size snooker table, full size table tennis and pool table. 1 acre field with football pitch, cricket pitch and volley ball/badminton area. All equipment provided. 10 bicycles and fishing tackle etc. The adjacent cottage is also rented for up to 6 people and the facilities are shared. my mother who is 94 lives in the back of the cottage and is isolated from the rest of the cottage.the games facilities are shared, but each property has its own garden and barbeque and outside seating and table.

On famous Lizard Peninsula, on flat country lane, no through road. Nearest pub, restaurant and cafe down in the village of Coverack. Mainly flat walk to village except steep hill down at end to sea. Unspoilt quiet coastline, with clifftop coast path and secluded sandy coves for good walkers. Ample parking at Coverack. Harbour with pub and fish and chip take away and seafood restaurant with fishing from wall. Shop sells cheap tackle, bait, buckets spades, beachwear etc easy access with children to beach, sandy and rocky at low water, sheltered, safe for children paddling and swimming, small shops and gallery and cafe adjacent. Many good beaches, surfing, villages, restaurants, cafes and pubs all round Lizard Peninsula to suit all tastes. Watersports Centre adjacent harbour- windsurfing, kayaking. No speedboats or water-skiing. Scuba diving on the Manacles reef. Sailing Helford River, Gillan and St Anthony. 35minutes St Ives, Falmouth, St Michaels's Mount. 15min Helston nearest town.

Notes: Detatched cottage next to farmhouse on 2 sides of a courtyard. 3rd side is games room with full size snooker, pool and table tennis and slotcar racing-facilities shared with farmhouse guests. Own garden. My mother who is 94 lives in the back of the cottage. The door to the back of the cottage is double sealed so there is no noise problem and my mum is totally isolated.
