A perfect place, at the West end of Innsacre Farmhouse, with the benefit of views over the Farmhouse's 22 acres of woodlands, orchards and gardens. The property has independent access and a private garden. Downstairs, the spacious, light and elegant open plan sitting room has south and west facing picture windows with French doors leading to the garden. The garden faces woodland through which there is a nature trail .You can dine in style and comfort inside and out and the garden has a fixed barbecue. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped (with Aga) and there is a downstairs utility with washing machine and 'fridge freezer. There is a separate downstairs cloakroom. The staircase to the first floor is unguarded, there is no stair guard. Upstairs the stylish bedrooms have similar wonderful views, one with twin beds, one a large double and the third, a spacious single. The decoration throughout emphasises the space and light and enhances the peaceful character of the house

A magical place, set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, just 2 and 1/2 miles from the Heritage Route of the Coastal Path and the Jurassic Coast the property is perfectly placed for walkers. We are mid-way between the historical towns of Dorchester and Lyme Regis and just 25 minutes away from the Olympic site at Weymouth. Bridport itself is a bustling market town offering fantastic produce from real shops and the farmers' market as well as having award winning restaurants and pubs.

This rent is non-returnable in the event of a cancellation made within the 6 weeks leading up to the start date of the booking unless the property is relet. For earlier cancellations the deposit shall be returned subject to an administration fee of £50.

The best thing about this house is the location, the views are beautiful.
The house itself is disappointing, everything is tired and worn out. It has so much unrealized potential and needs a serious cash investment in terms of comfortable furniture and maintenence of the building.

Wonderfull, peacefull cottage

In june 2009 I stayed in this cottage with my family and it was just perfect. It was peaceful with a huge romantic garden and the owner Lisa was so sweet. The cottage was clean and the view was so pretty. Staying here was perfect whether you wanted to relax in the garden, make a nice barbeque or just wanted a quiet place to retur to after a long and busy day visiting all the great places near by.
