The two wings of Courtyard House & Ash Barton House are furnished & decorated as if they were permanent luxury homes with their own large private gardens. Both are non smoking houses. There are also extensive grounds bordered by ancient woodland. Nearby are superb sandy beaches & numerous sporting and family attractions. Exmoor & Dartmoor National Parks are easily accessible.

There is a large farmhouse kitchen and living room with wood burning stove in Ash Barton House. Courtyard House has a second floor, galleried, open plan living area. Both are non smoking houses. Cots and high chairs are available and baby sitting can usually be arranged. Restaurants, pubs, surfing, wind surfing, fishing, championship links golf course and riding are all available locally.
The property has an indoor heated swimming pool with glorious views to open countryside.
