Located near the beautiful, protected Tamar Valley, a Heritage site and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Rowse is a 17th century ‘Grade 2’ listed farmhouse set in 70 peaceful acres of pasture, woodland & streams. There are 3 cottages skilfully converted from old barns. Each cottage is presented to a very high standard and comes fully equipped with heating and a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, clothes washer / drier, large fridge / freezer and microwave. All cottages have comfortable leather suites, digital TV's , DVD's & CD audio equipment and free internet access.

Guests in Skyber & Tikkidew receive 2 free leisure memberships at the nearby St Mellion Golf & Country Club, and can use the swimming and leisure facilities free, or play golf at discounted rates. Guests in all 3 cottages receive special golf passes at the China Fleet Club near Saltash.

With a bed option of either a king size double or 2 singles, Kellywyk is ideal for couples or 2 friends sharing. Kellywyk is a peaceful retreat for those seeking an escape and has everything needed for a comfortable, self catering holiday. The lounge has a modern leather suite, a flat screen digital TV, a DVD & a CD / audio system. The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, clothes washer / drier, a large fridge freezer, a modern oven / hob & microwave. The is free internet access. Outside Kellywyk has a private garden, sun chairs, a BBQ & eating area and off road parking.
