Located in the beautiful, protected Tamar Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty, Rowse is a 17th century ‘Grade 2’ listed farmhouse set in 70 peaceful acres of pasture, woodland & streams. There are 3 cottages skilfully converted from old barns. All are well equipped with full heating, fitted kitchens with dishwasher, clothes washer / drier, fridge / freezer / microwaves etc. All have TV / video, DVD & CD audio equipment. Guests in Skyber & Tikkidew receive FREE membership privileges at the nearby famous St Mellion Golf & Country Club, and have access to swimming and leisure facilities for the duration of their stay. Prices for Skyber include 2 free golf & leisure memberships plus 2 special members guest passes. Prices for Tikkidew include 1 free golf & leisure membership, 1 special members guest pass & 1 leisure membership.

Skyber is a well equipped, spacious cottage with 2 double / twin bedrooms & 2 shower rooms (one double ensuite). There is a kitchen / diner & a separate lounge. Outside is a private garden with eating area & BBQ. There is private off road parking for 2 cars. Heating is oil fired. 2 FREE memberships and 2 special members guest passes to the famous St Mellion Golf & Country Club are provided, and guests have access to St Mellion's golf, pool & spa facilities whilst at Rowse.

A great family holiday!

Skyber was a very comfortable cottage for my family of 4. It was well situated for both the beach and surrouding countryside. We were made to feel very welcome, but had plenty of privacy too! A great place to stay would, recommend whole heartedly.

We stayed in this wonderful property New Year 2008, it was clean, everything you could want and situated in a wonderful position. We have rented many properties from this site and this is in our top 5. Excellent.

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Sommer 2009 in "Skyber" verbracht und uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet, auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Auch an Regentagen kann man sich gemütlich im Haus aufhalten. Bei der Belegung mit zwei Paaren kommt man sich nicht ins Gehege, weil die Schlafzimmer mit dazugehörigem Duschbad jeweils rechts bzw. links vom Wohn-/ Essraum liegen. Der Vermieter ist freundlich, zurückhaltend, aber jederzeit erreichbar. Er hat an alles gedacht. Im nahen 4-Sterne Hotel St. Mellion kann man Schwimmbad, Sauna und Internet (in der Lobby) kostenlos nutzen. Die dazugehörigen beiden Golfplätze kann man als Mieter in Skyber mit 4 Personen kostenlos nutzen. Ein Paradies für Golger! Die Golfplätze sind sehr gepflegt und die teuersten der Gegend. Auch die Nähe zum Meer würde uns veranlassen, immer wieder in "Skyber" zu wohnen, wenn wir dort sind. Eine wirklich schöne Zeit!
