In a quiet little hamlet just 3 miles from the beautiful sandy beaches and seaside attractions of Torbay, this is an ideal holiday base for touring Devon. With the towns of Newton Abbot and Totnes only a short distance away, the unspoilt coastline of the South Hams within easy reach and Dartmoor National Park some 8 miles away. There is an 18-hole golf course and horse riding stables close by. A village shop is just a mile away, and there is a choice of four country inns within 2 miles.

Fishers Barn is a lovely spacious well equipped cottage . We loved the gardens. There is a lot to do in the area.

Dane Cottage is full of character and the perfect place to wind down with lots of space for a big family. We enjoyed breakfast in the conservatory and barbeques in the lovely garden and cosy evenings in the lounge.
