The property has 4 bedrooms of which the master bedroom is en-suite. There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. The lounge has a feature inglenook fireplace with stove. The property has a Mediterranean style with separate dining room leading on to a private patio and garden area at rear and front. The property has full gas central heating and the windows are secondary glazed. The kitchen has double oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and the separate utility room has a washing machine. There is a main bathroom and separate shower in the en-suite. There is ample off road parking and a double garage.

Lostwithiel is a quaint village situated about 5 miles from Bodmin in the valley overlooking the Fowey estuary. The village is approximately 5 miles from the Eden Project, 12 miles from Polperro and Looe and 15 miles from Padstow. Lostwithiel has all the amenities required with a doctors surgery in the village, post office antique shops and tea rooms and superb restaurants and pubs with 2 convenience stores. Fowey is approximately 6 miles away with beautiful coastal views and coves. Eden is 4 miles away near to St Austell. The nearest city is Truro which is excellent for shopping.

We have recently stayed here for a week, the property is ideally situated for travelling around. We were a family of all ages and found plenty to do. The house is very spacious with all amenities you will need. In the town there are a few places to eat and a chinese takeaway I recommend.

I stayed here with my partner at the end of March and we had a fantastic holiday even though the weather was changeable, the house was perfectly situated and there was a lot of thought put into needs of holiday guests, the fireplace was great to cuddle up at the end of a day of sightseeing.

Lostwithiel is a beautiful little town with lots of friendly people, and the house is situated at the top of the town, within walking distance of boutiques, cafe's and restaurants etc...
