Facilities for recycling your waste are provided .The house is situated in a private close, at the bottom of the South Downs, part of the South Downs way, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Making this the perfect base for a walking holiday, and ideally placed for all Eastbourne and surrounding areas, many leisure facilities and attractions.

On arrival we were exceptionally pleased with the look of the house. On entering our perception did not change.
The house is well laid out and has lots of space. I loved the fact that i could shut the door on the toy room and leave the mess overnight!!
The house is very well equipped with every thing you could wish for in a holiday home.
We have two very small children and the house catered for them well. It has a great safe enclosed garden, lots of toys and room to run around.
Overall this is a beautiful house that we enjoyed staying in very much. If we ever need to stay in Eastbourne again it will definitely be here.
