We try to be eco friendly where possible by: Using low energy light bulbs/ High efficiency condensor boiler/ zoned thermostic controls upstair & downstairs / Recycle bin for paper, glass, tins. / Compost bin available at the side of the garage for organic waste or Green bin.

On arrival we were exceptionally pleased with the look of the house. On entering our perception did not change.
The house is well laid out and has lots of space. I loved the fact that i could shut the door on the toy room and leave the mess overnight!!
The house is very well equipped with every thing you could wish for in a holiday home.
We have two very small children and the house catered for them well. It has a great safe enclosed garden, lots of toys and room to run around.
Overall this is a beautiful house that we enjoyed staying in very much. If we ever need to stay in Eastbourne again it will definitely be here.
