'Channel watch' is situated just 30yards from the beach and being a luxury home with modern décor and furniture is the ideal place for that perfect get away! The 1st floor consists room 1 with a king-size bed, wardrobe and TV, room 2 with double & single bed, ample storage & TV, bathroom 1 with bath/shower, WC and whb and to the rear a large lounge with leather suites, TV, DVD and Hi-Fi/CD player. The best part of the lounge is the immediate views across the English Channel from your seat or the balcony you can enjoy the sea air and sounds! The ground floor has room 3 with bunk beds and is next to bathroom 2 with shower cubicle, WC and whb. Finally the kitchen diner with a newly refurbished kitchen with D/washer, W/machine, T/dryer, Microwave and large fridge .The kitchen is open plan to the dining area with seating for 6, baby's high chair and TV. From this there are French doors to our garden with decked areas, garden furniture and sun loungers back gate with direct access the beach

Greatstone is a great place for all ages. The long sandy beaches are perfect for long summer days and on clear nights you can see the lights of France. Greatstone on sea is well known for sea fishing so visit Dungerness and its famous lighthouse Lighthouse which you can climb to the top of. Also the famous Romney Hythe and Dymchurch minature railway is a great way to see this part of Kent. Lots of country pubs to visit locally and all of which serve great food.There is a huge RSPB nature reserve locally at Dungeness if you enjoy birdwatching and plenty of freshwater fishing including excellent carp and tench fishing on day ticket waters. We are also a 5 minute stroll away from the beautiful Littlestone golf course where you can pay and play. We are a short car ride away from Hythe, Dymchurch, Lydd, Folkstone, Ashford, Dover, Canterbury, Hastings and Rye, as is the world famous Port Lympne safari park. A truly special part of the south coast steeped in history, mystery and beauty!

A £100 pound security deposit is to be paid with your balance and refunded within 14 days of your holiday end date, once initial checks are complete.We ask that our house is left in a suitable state please note we will hold back the security deposit if the house has not been left in suitable order
  • Bed linen is only available on request and an extra £40 is charged. Linen is on request and notice is required on booking if linen is needed.
    We will hold back any security deposits if the house has not been found in suitable order.

Notes: Very modern and spacious kitchen with all mod cons. Large Fridge / freezer / washing machine / iron and ironing board / gas cooker / tumble dryer and most importantly a new dishwasher ! The kitchen diner is a superb place to gather all the family round to eat and by opening the French doors to the rear garden decking area still listen to waves from the beach ! There is also a four seat garden dining set and two sun loungers on the rear decking area in the afternoon sun trap. Linen can be provided on request POA. We have a very relaxing feel to the property and take great pride in its up keep. You will not be disappointed ! SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED

Channel Watch is the ideal getaway for any one looking to stay on the South England coast.

The description provided by the renters is accurate. It is a very modern property as shown in the photos. It is very clean and well maintained.

We booked the holiday last minute, 2 or 3 days before arrival and the renters were completely accommodating, meeting us there to show us around.

Channel Watch is directly opposite a Spar which makes the it perfect if you dont wish to leave the property at all. The back gardens leads directly to the beach and so is perfect for long dog walks. Take wellies if you plan to walk right out onto the beach at low tide. The water goes out several hundred yards and my Rhodesian Ridgeback almost sank when we both misjudged the sand!

The first floor living room is perfect for a views of the Channel. With clear weather you could see all the way to the Cliffs at Dover and all the way across the channel.

The local area has a number of places to visit including Dungeness and Rye. We already knew the area so didnt venture far from the property. However lots of leaflets were provided for other places to visit in area.

We would certainly recommend the property to anyone and will be looking to stay there again ourselves.
