    There is no refund on security/booking for cancelled bookings by the customer.

    Airport transfers are charged between £70.00 - £90.00 depending on Airport and number of people.

the place was great. The rooms where nice size and comfortable. the owner was very helpful getting to the home and showing us what was around to experince.
Made a great place for a family getaway.

Worth the Price

This is a very excellent apartment in London. It is spacious, neat and well furnished. We needed the space and got it. The rooms were okay. The kitchen is well spacious for a London apartment and well equipped except for a blender which was not provided.

Michael and his son were very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Would definitely rent the apatment again and highly recommend to others.

lovely house and good location

We found the house very spacious and clean, with a nice patio area ideal for the summer. Parking was no problem, the tube is only 10 minutes walk away and shops are just down the road. The owner was very nice and gave us all the information we needed. I would definitely recommend it.

We didn't want to leave....

A really lovely and quite spacious house in a quiet section in the East End.

You could kit yourself out quite nicely at the local shops, which are only a 5 minute walk, and the local Morrison's is only about 15 minutes away via bus.

The owner is indeed a true gentleman, professional and yet very friendly and helpful at the same time. It was a pleasure meeting him, and doing business with him.

I am not going to tick any of the recommend boxes as I would pretty much recommend this house to anyone.

Would love to return sometime soon!!

Great House, Would highly recommend!

My family and I rented this house for a week. It was great value for money and gave us the space we wanted that you don't get with a hotel.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The owner had the central heating on timer so the house was lovely and warm considering the cold weather we had when we visited. The facilities were great. Great shower with hot water any time of day. Good size kitchen for cooking meals.

The location was great. It was a quiet area with free parking outside the house and was near to supermarkets (Tesco. Asda). Lakeside shopping centre is only a 20 minute jounrney by car. It was also great to be within walking distance to local shops, post office and a tube station to go down London city.

The owner was very helpful from first contact. We knew he was at the end of the phone if we needed. I would highly recommend this property for rental and I will be in contact with the owner to rent the house again in the future when I visit London.
