Just 15 minutes from Disney, a luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that will sleep 6/8 people and is furnished to a very high standard. Full air conditioning and heating, and with a larger than average private pool this makes for a holiday gem. It is situated at the end of a cul de sac so it is quiet and particularly safe for children. The main living area is equipped with TV, Radio, DVD, and VCR. The television receives more than 150 digital quality channels, including MTV, Disney etc. A separate Hi Fi provides for FM/AM radio, CD and cassette. In the kitchen, the equipment includes electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric can opener, a giant fridge/freezer and a breakfast bar. There is a large washing machine and spin dryer in the garage. Sheets and towels are provided as is an iron and ironing board. There is a phone with FREE local, national and international calls!.

The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet estate on the route 27, 1 mile north of the 192 (Disney) road. At the entrance to the estate is a great Winn Dixie Supermarket, post Office and Pizza store. Half a mile towards the 192 is a huge Wal Mart that stocks everything at very low prices.

Our second stay at this lovely villa,Very comfortable and clean with its own private pool and garden.Pool wonderful and cleaned weekly.As we stayed in November pool heating needed and it made all the difference and was in constanst use.Close to all shops restaurants and entertainment i.e Disney etc.Looking forward to another visit in the near future.We enjoyed eating at the Cracker Barrel on 192 highway which had a wild west theme to it and the food was very good especialy the apple pie also ejoyed eating at Celebration.You are really spoilt for choice.Anytime of year is a lovely time to visit but Christmas is an extra special season.Do come and have a truly magical time.

Our 2nd time to Disney

This was our 2nd visit to Disney with my wife and 3 children. We stayed in the same villa because when you first walk in it is in an ideal location just get in the car 15 mins and you are at the gates of Disney. The 1st time we went to Florida June 97 we got married in Orlando and the villa was the key to such a relaxed wedding it was the base where we would meet up with family. It such a lovely villa you will find youselfs felling right at home from day 1 and so easy to find. The villa was so clean on arrival and there is no need to pack towels or too many clothes as there is a great washer and dryer and plenty of towelsto hand. If you have had a long day at the parks just phone for food and it is at your door it 10 mins or you can drive 5 mins and be at some great restaurants. We are a young family with 3 children age from 3, 7 and 9 and it totally safe for them even to play out front I would recommend this property to any couple or family young or old I will go back again and again. To sum it up it is ideal for us.
