The villa is set in an exclusive gated community. Inside it is extremely spacious, brand new in 2005, luxuriously furnished throughout and set on the largest corner plot. We have upgraded our home throughout and hope we have included everything you could possibly need! It is Ideal for two families to share with two Master Suites and a further two bedrooms. There is separate den with Playstation2, board games, TV & DVD & computer with free internet access. All bedrooms have TV/DVD players. The fabulous pool is extra large at 30 x 15 with a 3-tier 40 x 30 extended deck, hot tub & water fountains. The deck overlooks conservation land & is south facing for all those sun-worshippers! Extended covered lanai for alfresco dining with a BBQ provided free of charge. The open plan main living area has a 42' flat screen TV & DVD player. There is a games room with pool table, air hockey & darts Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, living room & lanai. Cot, highchair & potty provided free of charge

Notes to the rental rates

• Rates are per week and exclude Florida Tourist Tax of 11%, but do include normal utilities, linens & towels (not beach / pool towels). Discounts are available for long lets and late bookings. There are no minimum stay restrictions, however for stays of 5 nights or less a cleaning fee of £50 ($80) is applicable. Pool heating is extra and charged at £15 ($25) per day. Midweek arrivals and departures accepted - no fixed changeover day. £100 deposit required to secure the booking.

The pool & deck area are absolutely stunning, set over three levels and when the house was being built, we were the envy of all our neighbours! The pool is larger than the norm, being 30 x 15 and the deck a whopping 40 x 30! There is lots of space for you to relax by the pool, or sit in the hot tub watching the sun go down over the stunning conservation land. There are also three water fountains cascading into the pool. There is a 14 x 14 undercover lanai to provide all year round al fresco dining facilities. A gas BBQ is provided free of charge.

The main living area of the home is spacious and open plan. Doors lead from the pool/deck into the living room and kitchen area, providing an ideal environment to enjoy family life and relax, whilst preparing the BBQ meals! The kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you may possibly need (and lots more besides!). There is a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker and cd/stereo/radio. Everything you may possibly need is provided! There is a 42' flat screen cable TV with DVD player and a music system. There are two master ensuite bedrooms, the first is featured on the photos above. This room has direct access to the pool/deck and has a spacious bathroom with corner tub, walk in shower and his n'hers wash basins. There is a large walk-in closet, flat screen TV and hair-dryers/hair straightners provided. The 2nd master suite is located in the privacy of the upstairs floor and has it's own private ensuite.

There is a laundry room, providing washing machine & tumble dryer. Iron & ironing board provided. Towels & linen for all bedrooms are included in the rental price.
