As you walk in to this villa you can see how open planned and spacious it is. The kitchen is open to all living areas so whoever has the job of cooking, will not miss any fun.
There is a Sat/TV in the living room.
Adjoining breakfast room over looks the pool and a formal dining table for those romantic evenings is also available. Master bedroom has its own Sat/TV, en-suite with deep bath, walk in shower and closet, twin sinks and toilet. Second bathroom has bath/shower, toilet, twin sinks, towel cupboard and door leading to poolside. Lounge has a very comfortable couch and 4 further seating chairs.
The double garage is a very high standard games room with pool table and football table + table tennis. Utility room has washing/drying machine and other cleaning utilities a clothes horse for outside use, iron and ironing board. Kitchen has a high quality fridge freezer, microwave oven and hob, waste disposal.

Two miles from Orange Tree is the 192 that leads to all Disney Parks, restaurants, shops, petrol stations and so many water parks, theme parks, water airboats and many evening entertainments such as Arabian nights show and Medieval times - all child friendly and well worth going to and only 5 to 20 minutes away. Another 10 minutes further you have international Drive for the shopper-hollics and water parks. Wonderworks, Titanic museum and so many more. If you wish to venture that little bit further - You have Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens (60 mins or even Sarasota (120 mins). In Orlando and the surrounding areas - You will definitely Find something for everyone!!!!!.
Orange Tree Park:
As you enter the park you see rows and rows of Orange Trees, which you may pick at anytime for your own freshly squeezed juice. To the right you will see the sandy play park and further round to your left the Soccer Field/basket ball/tennis court area. The villa backs on to a conservation reserve and if you are lucky you will see the wild tortoise that goes past quite fast, the Chinese cranes and so many more wild birds. All park facilities are free of charge and only a short walk from the villa.
