This beautiful home has every amenity to make your stay pleasurable. It is situated in the lovely suburb of orange tree. You are 20mins away from Disney World & all that has to offer. 30 minutes from Seaworld & discovery cove & 40mins from universal studios & islands of adventure. Supermarkets & designer shopping malls are within easy reach. The house itself has 4 bedrooms 2 en suite. There is remote Internet access, cable TV & DVD players in each bedroom, & the same in the lounge. The pool 16ft x 33ft with a spa in the shape of Mickey’s head. Both can be heated when required for an additional charge. On the pool deck there are 4 sun lounger’s & a table with 6 chairs. The whole pool deck is enclosed. A child's safety fence is in place (this can be removed when required) & all doors leading to the pool have a security alarm to ensure no children run outside unsupervised. The double garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table, air hockey, dart board & Sony PlayStation.

The house is situated in central Florida in Lake County which as the name suggests boasts of over 1000 lakes. The town is Clermont. The house is in Orangetree just off us highway 27 a relatively new development which is surrounded by woodland and orange groves. It is 1.5mls away from highway 192 which leads directly to Disney World. 5 miles to the north is Lake Louisa a national park. Fishing, swimming & boating is available. There are also cycle tracks and nature trails. Orlando is proud of its boast of being the theme park capital of the world. Universal studios, islands of adventure, Seaworld, discovery cove, as well as the 4 Disney parks makes this area a must for family fun. An hours drive to the west brings you to Busch gardens another theme park and the fabulous beaches of Clearwater & St Petersburg. An hour to the east takes you to Kennedy Space Centre & the famous beaches of Cocoa & Daytona. Designer shopping malls are within easy reach as are local supermarkets

Golf facilities: There are at least 4 golf courses within easy reach, 15 minute from our home. All are challenging and of championship quality. Club hire is easy. A Golf USA shop 10 minutes drive north on Highway 27 will hire out clubs and book tee off times if required. (Accurate as at 15/12/08). The Florida climate means almost perfect weather all year round.

Fishing: Any fishing enthusiasts can find plenty of opportunity in Florida. The villa is in Lake County. There are over 1000 lakes in the area hence the county name. 10 minutes drive north of the property is Lake Louisa a Florida State Park. Fishing is allowed on any of the several lakes in the park with the permission of the Park warden.

Cycling.: Lake County in fact the whole of Florida is relatively flat and perfect for cyclists. There is now a cycle lane provided along Highway 27 and Lake Louisa State Park has cycle tracks. There ARE SEVERAL OTHERS WHICH WITH THE RIGHT ENQUIRIES CAN BE FOUND.
