This very large 1400 sf ft 'Andros' apartment is known amongst owners and tenants alike as the ground floor penthouse. It features all the same platinum grade furnishings and fittings as our 3 bed penthouse and is just one bedroom no stairs and 345sq. ft. smaller. It is the second largest unit on this beautiful resort and this one being positioned centraly, it is just a four minutes walk to all the amenities (For these see under).The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second en-suit bedroom has twin beds and with the queen size sofa bed in the lounge it can easily sleep 6. A crib and highchair is also provided for the very young, The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the laundry room. The lounge has cable T V, Hi-Fi DVD, telephone etc. and patio doors leading to your own private netted patio area with table and chairs. This apartment being on the ground floor is easier for young or elderly to enjoy. You will not have to bring anything with you. It is simply home from home
