Stylish and spacious accommodation with heated pool and jacuzzi

We offer a spacious three bedroom ground floor condo with two bathrooms (one en-suite) and a large living/dining area. Perfect for that relaxing self catering family holiday where you can choose to eat in or out after a fun filled day. The property has a fully equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room. The clubhouse offers a games room and gym and leads out to a lovely heated swimming pool and covered jacuzzi. There is also a volley ball court. Perfectly situated for the theme parks, sightseeing or shopping in one of the many wonderful shopping malls and premium outlets, you can't fail to have a fantastic holiday.

Terrace Ridge is just a mile from the I4, junction 58, and a ten minute drive from Disneyworld which is the main attraction for the area. Although most people come to visit the theme parks, there are many other activities to enjoy for all age groups. Alternatively just relax round the pool. The weather is excellent for most of the year and even at Christmas temperatures can be well into the 80's. There are very good beaches within an hours drive and Miami is great for an overnight stay. Other 'must do' days include Univeral Studios, Gatorland, The Kennedy Space Center, Sea World and Busch Gardens. And of course, Discovery Cove where you can swim with the dolphins. A truly wonderful experience. You may also like to visit the Orlando Museum of Art or the Orlando Science Centre. For a fun night out you may like to book the Pirates Adventure, Medieval Times, Arabian Nights or have a wander round Old Town in Kissimmee. There are also excellent local golf courses.

Additional information about rental rates

  • An additional cleaning charge of £40 will be added for stays of less than one week.
    A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the booking (with payment in full if booking is made less than 8 weeks before departure).

    The final payment and a £200 security deposit will be required 8 weeks before departure. The security deposit will be returned after your holiday assuming there are no breakages/damage to the property. Such breakages/damage will be deducted accordingly. The clubhouse key is available to guests only and should be left in the property on departure. Loss of the key will result in a £30 charge being deducted from the security deposit.

    Payment should be made by cheque.

    Cancellation of booking 6-8 weeks before departure - 100% refund.
    Cancellation of booking 4-6 weeks before departure - 50% refund.
    Cancellation of the booking less than 4 weeks before departure - No refund.

Notes: The Clubhouse, which is situated just opposite, offers a games room with TV, electronic games and snooker table and a relaxing area with plasma TV. There is also a gym. Leading out from the clubhouse is the lovely outdoor heated pool and covered jacuzzi. These facilities are only available to guests staying at Terrace Ridge. The grounds at Terrace Ridge are very pretty with beautifully kept gardens and a fountain at the entrance to welcome you. Terrace Ridge is a gated community which adds extra security for children.

Totally Recommend

We have been visiting Orlando for many years and have stayed at various villas and hotels but found this lovely condo extremely clean, very comfortable and spacious. It is a great location and local to all parks and amenities (including the delightful town of Celebration !). Also excellent to use as a base for exploring the Gulf Coast as we did this year.

We found the secure gated complex was an added bonus to the quiet and friendly area. The facilities on site are excellent and the pool area is very clean and well maintained.

Would definitely recommend the condo and its very friendly owners to our friends and family and would love to stay there again as soon as we are able.

Toatally ideal in every way

We stayed at 107 Terrace Ridge and found it ideal for our needs. Everything was just right. From the easy parks access ( less than 20 to Disney ) to the local amenities, everything was just where it needed to be.
As for the accomodation, it was quiet, spacious and clean. There's loads of room and the pool and club house made a nice focus for the rest days between park visits.
Having the gated gated access does give a better feeling of security which, with 2 young children was important to us.
We'd reccomend 107 Terrace Ridge without hesitation and we can't wait till we're able to go back there.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great for families

This was our first trip to Florida and how we dropped on with regards to the accommodation. This condo was perfect for our needs, we had so much space. The new supermarket just round the corner was very convenient and it was never more than 20 mins to any of the Disney parks.The owner was very helpful and willing to give plenty of info for a Florida first timer We may be in contact with the owner in a couple of years!!!

just right for families

Having stayed in a larger villa just off highway 27 and also motel on international drive i wish i would have found out about condo two holidays earlier. Condo is very clean and well maintained also very spacious, there is a great club house and pool with the warmest jacuzzi i have been in Condo is easy to get to just off I4 motorway and is well placed for all attractions ( theme parks and kennedy space centre ), there are takeaway resteraunts and supermarket within 2 min drive of condo. All in all a great place to stay at an excellent price . I have already recommended condo to people who are thinking of coming back to orlando

Wonderful place to stay

This condo is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. It was exceptionally clean when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and also would stay there again. It is in a nice peaceful area but is still close to activities, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. In general, it is an excellent place to stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway
