The house has a separate living room, pool-table room and family room containing a 36' tv set with cable, DVD, video and CD player. The luxury kitchen includes a halogen hob, microwave-grill oven, dishwasher and waste-disposal. A utility room contains the washing machine and tumble dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite with walk-in shower and jacuzzi bath-tub. The second master has a queen bed with a further 3 twin rooms and second bathroom. All the bedrooms have a tv. There are three sets of doors (all fitted with children alarm) out to the pool area. One from the master bedroom, one from the living room and the third from the family room. A children's play area, tennis court and communal swimming pool are located on the community, less than 3 minutes walk. A Publix supermarket together with chinese and pizza takeaways has recently opened on I192, 5 mintues walk from the house (through the rear entrance) or one minute drive.

Additional Information

The house is situated across the road from the 2nd fairway and is looked after by OpsEtc, a management company run by an English couple that live on Highlands Reserve. From the moment the team from Ops meet you at the house on arrival and show you around, they will be on hand 24 hours / day to deal with any unforeseen circumstance. Whether you spend your days with Mickey, Shrek or Shamu, there is no better place to come home to and relax than our home which we call 'Something Special'.

Golf Information:

Highlands Reserve is a championship Mike Dasher designed golf course. (ask us for link) Also close to many other fine public golf clubs including Champions Gate, Esprit and Southern Dunes. Please feel free to contact the owner for more information on booking golf courses in the area.

This is a very nice property and is really well maintained. The management company (OPS) that the owner uses is very professional and efficient and are the best we have seen in our four years of going to Orlando. A very nice feature for us was the broadband access and unlimited international calls. The pool area gets plenty of sun until late afternoon and the shaded porch has a ceiling fan to help you cool down. The five bedrooms are quite spacious and master bedroom is the largest we've seen with open plan access to the large ensuite bathroom which is a very nice feature. There is a publix supermarket within walking distance along with a few bars and restaurants. Applebees restaurant is very popular and family friendly.
We found the house to be perfect for our family of six.
