There is one guest bedroom with double bed, TV, 2 further double bedrooms furnished beautifully with 2 single beds in each, TV's and a family bathroom.

Notes to the rental rates

• We only accept bookings in excess of 7 days. 10% discount for bookings of 3 consecutive weeks, 10% discount for Return Bookings Pool Heating, $28 per day.
  Payment can be made by UK or US cheques or you can wire/mail payment directly to the owners' bank account in the UK or Florida. Alternatively, we can accept credit/debit card payments over the phone. Payments made by VISA/Mastercard/Amex credit cards are subject to a 3% surcharge to cover the transaction costs - Switch/Maestro are free of charge.
  A deposit of £100/$200 plus a completed booking form is required to secure a booking. Your booking will be held for 7 days until your deposit is received. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of your booking, the full amount is payable immediately.
  
• A security deposit of £150/$250 is paid on arrival when you collect the keys. This deposit is fully refundable when you leave pending an inspection from our management company.
  
• Please note:- The house may not be available until 3pm on the day of your arrival* due to cleaning, and the property must be vacated by 10am on the date of your departure.
  *If there hasn't been a previous booking the house may be available for your party earlier.
