A fully furnished comfortable town house in a brand new resort. Downstairs includes a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, cutlery and utensils), dining area, living room with cable TV, master bedroom with ensuite, and a rest room. Upstairs includes a master bedroom (with ensuite roman bath, cable TV, balcony), two twin rooms, an additional bathroom, washing machine and dryer. Towels and bed linen provided for length of stay. Located in a resort with a large pool, restaurant/bar, wireless connection, and gym. Complimentary shuttle runs to all Disney theme parks. A discounted rate for transport to Airports, Universal Studios, Sea World, Downtown Orlando, shopping malls, etc., and day trips to Kennedy Space Center, Maimi, and Tampa Bay.

Good Wheelchair Access.: The house is on two levels but downstairs is a master bedroom with ensuite, plus a second separate w/c. There is easy access into the house without any steps and the car can be parked right outside the frontdoor. The resort itself has good access for wheelchairs as everything is on ground level.

Resort Facilities.: A state of the art gym and a beauty salon are available on site. (Contact Salon directly for price list and booking). The Swimming pool is divided into different areas with a shallow beach for young children, normal pool, water slide and a lazy river which is a must. Towels are provided at the pool separately.

Resort Fee.: Regal Palms themselves charge $10 per night per party which is not included in the price given on this website. Your credit card will be swiped on arrival and charged the resort fee.

Golf: Highlands Reserve is one of Americas more popular golf courses and is located next to Regal Palms.

Other Activities: Disney Theme Parks, Universal, Sea World, Wet & Wild, Premium Outlets.

My family of 5 (2 adults, 1 young adult, a teen and a child) all had an excellent time at Regal Palms and this townhome. We couldn't be happier with the spacious, clean and well appointed rooms. Everything from kitchen utensils to a washer/dryer was available for our use. We especially enjoyed being a short distance from the fabulous clubhouse, exercise room and pool complex which we used often. It was also very easy to drive to the Kissimmee attractions. The entire vacation was enjoyable from the 1st email to book the home to this point of thinking back on the good times there. Thank you very much for this value-packed opportunity.

We enjoyed our visit to your home. The check-in was super easy. The pool is fantastic - heated too. The kids really loved the lazy river and big slide. The house was comfortable, with room for everyone. Even the maintenance helped to make our vacation easy, by delivering a missing spatula. Disney is close (7 miles) and there are plenty of restaurants closeby.

Extras to pack would include blow up tubes for the lazy river and some towels.

Good for the price.

The place was great for a large family. It was close enough for us to Disney (15min), the grocery store (2min), Wal-Mart(5min) and places to dine (5min). A couple of things that I thought could have been better where: No televisions in all the rooms, no dvd player, no wireless internet at the house had to use my laptop by the office area only, the dressers where falling apart, and I barely was able to use my cell phone (had to stand in certain places to make a call). I recommend that you bring face cloths because the resort does not supply them. You will also have to bring things like dish detergent, dish rags, soap, little things you miss when you are at your own home. Other than that the place was very clean, the owner gave accurate information and was timely in responding. When something was wrong the resort came and addressed it. The pool was great. The walk to the pool is not bad. The location was great for malls and gift shops. Would use it again and recommend it to friends.

Relaxing Holiday

The description provided regarding location, layout and amenitieis was accurate. The property itself did not disappoint. It was clean and well maintained and contained all that you would need. I had to deal with the owner prior to the holiday over some minor points and he replied very promptly and was very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this property to friends, particularly those with children. The onsite ammenities were good icluding the pool and lazy river. Bar and restuarant staff were very friendly and helful. The gym was adequate and the restaurnt served some very tasty dishes.This was the sixth time I have been to Florida and I have to say this was probably the best in terms of relaxation on site. Well worth a visit.

Very nice property,very comfortable,but no wireless internet and a fair walk to the pool/leisure centre. Also its a fair way out from Orlando and Kissimmee.Very good if your going to spend a lot of time by the pool.Staff on site very poor service not good if repairs needed.
