Our 3 bedroom home , although only 15 minutes from Disney is situated in a quiet area, overlooking a lake and is on a golf course. Although it has its own pool, there is a heated communal pool and tennis courts.The master suite has a king-sized bed, with en suite bathroom opening onto the pool deck. This attractive family home has a fully screened pool which overlooks a small lake, so watching the wild-life in the early mornings and in the evenings is an experience not to be missed.

Our Florida home on a golf course is in a very convenient position being only 15 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from other attractions close to International Drive, i.e. Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center to the east and Tampa with Busch Gardens to the west are both approximately 1 hours drive. Lake Hamilton Water Sports with jet skis, water skiing etc… 15 minutes away and a new large shopping mall is 25 minutes away. Our management company will be on hand to help you and give you advise should you require it.
Golf Details: Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club tel. +1 941 424 8688. Our home is situated actually on the golf course and the club house is approximately a quarter of a mile away. It is an 18 hole championship, par 72 golf course nestled around a multitude of lakes and scenic oaks, complete with driving range and state of the art club house with golf merchandise and deli / snack bar. Renters of our home get the same discount as normal residents of Ridgewood Lakes but this varies throughout the year.
