This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is on the prestigious Calabay Parc at Tower Lake development, just a few minutes south of junction 55 on Interstate 4. This is a spacious villa with two master bedrooms both with American king-sized beds and with en-suite facilities. A further two bedrooms contain twin beds. A high chair and cot are available if required. The layout is ideal for two families to share or to allow grand-parents to be invited on a once in a life-time holiday. The villa has two lounge areas, a fully equipped kitchen with dining ,a utility room with washer/drier and is fully air-conditioned. To the rear is a south facing private pool with a decking area, patio table, chairs and sun-loungers. There is cable TV in all bedrooms and digital TV in the lounge area area giving access to Fox Soccer Channel showing live UK football. An 8 foot pool table and 7 foot air hockey table will ensure the kids do not get bored. Free phone calls within the USA

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is an exceptionally well maintained community of exclusive residential properties noted for their stylish elegance. The villa is just 15 minutes drive away from Walt Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World. There are many superb golf courses nearby. In the local vicinity there are the Southern Dunes and Diamondback courses and close by are the newly built Champions Gate courses, 36 holes of championship golf designed by Greg Norman. Within five minutes drive is the main shopping area of Haines City with supermarkets and restaurants; a must for any self-catering holiday. Florida has many outlet malls for great shopping at cheap prices, within easy reach of the villa is the newly build Posner Park providing a selection of the well known stores as well as speciality retailers.

We found the owners really easy to deal with, great level of communication.
Now to the villa itself, we have been staying in villas for many years, and can honestly say, that this villa truly lives up to the advertising, and from our experience, is by far the best we have stayed in, and represents excellent value for money too.

Its greatest asset is it's beautiful south facing but private pool. Being south facing means it gets the benefit of the Florida sun ALL DAY LONG. Add to this it's proximity to the theme parks, straight up the adjacent I-4, an easy 15 minute drive, as well as a huge 24 hour Wal-mart hyper market less than 5 minutes away, not forgetting a Publix food market eqiui-distant, with the Gulf coast a short hour's drive away

But back to the villa, very clean and well maintained and packed with all your needs and then more, all of a high quality. a really commodious place comfortably sleeps up to 8. In short the ideal home from home we heartily recommend. We're back there again soon. Enjoy your bit of paradise in the sun in the privacy of this beautiful villa in paradise.

We have travelled around the world and stayed at many villas with pools and would have to say that this villa was by far the best we have stayed in. Very well equipped offering everything you could possibly need, even down to a travel plug. The added extras were a bonus. the pool table, PS2, internet access were brilliant. The only thing that we needed was more time, two weeks was not long enough. We would definatelty book again and would recommend this villa to others.

I would just like to say I was scared to rent a house and send someone that I never met a large sum of money. But after finding the house at 12:30 in the am with no problems from Julies directions, and seeing this BEAUTIFUL house I'm so glad we did it. This house has everthing and more that you need. These pictures do this house no justice!! And who has a computer at a rental!!?? Thank you Thank you Thank you. Our vacation was great and very cheap because of this house. Julie you are the best and you helped us in every way that you could. I brought a stroller for my son and you supplied one in the garage!! I don't remember reading that in your desription so maybe you should add that and thanks for the crib my son slept every night and never woke up in the middle of the night. Only idea would be a grill? I hope to come back to this awesome house again. Thanks Michele

Great two weeks

We had a wonderful time. The house was extremely well maintained and very clean. The grandkids enjoyed the pool and game room. Having internet and WIFI was definitely a plus. There are many golf courses nearby. Also all the Disney parks are within a short driving distance. We would highly recommend this villa for rental.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks stay in this lovely villa! Lovely quiet pool area and lots of extras in the villa. Great having use of the internet too. All good restaurants close by.
