Luxury 4 bedroom villa - Games room, free internet, digital TV

This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is on the prestigious Calabay Parc at Tower Lake development, just a few minutes south of junction 55 on Interstate 4. This is a spacious villa with two master bedrooms both with American king-sized beds and with en-suite facilities. A further two bedrooms contain twin beds. A high chair and cot are available if required. The layout is ideal for two families to share or to allow grand-parents to be invited on a once in a life-time holiday. The villa has two lounge areas, a fully equipped kitchen with dining ,a utility room with washer/drier and is fully air-conditioned. To the rear is a south facing private pool with a decking area, patio table, chairs and sun-loungers. There is cable TV in all bedrooms and digital TV in the lounge area area giving access to Fox Soccer Channel showing live UK football. Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is an exceptionally well maintained and secure gated community of exclusive residential properties noted for their stylish elegance. The villa is just 15 minutes drive away from Walt Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World. There are many superb golf courses nearby. In the local vicinity there are the Southern Dunes and Diamondback courses and close by are the newly built Champions Gate courses, 36 holes of championship golf designed by Greg Norman. Within five minutes drive is the main shopping area of Haines City with supermarkets and restaurants; a must for any self-catering holiday.

Golf Information:

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is ideally placed as a centre for golfing holidays. It is adjacent to the Southern Dunes course and closeby to Ridgewood Lakes. Within 10 minutes is the Greg Norman design Champions Gate with 3 championship courses. Haines City is also home to Diamondback course and numerous other courses can be found within a 10 mile radius.

The description details were very accurate regarding layout and amenities of the property itself. The location is good but is probably more like 25 mins from the actual Disney (and other) Parks although it is 15 mins to the first Disney sign and this is widely quoted in other properties particulars.

Property was well-maintained and the owners were very helpful throughout the process.

We would definitely recommend the property to others.

Many thanks for your good review, we're glad you had an enjoyable stay. Travelling times to parks are dependent on season, time of day and traffic conditions so this is only a rough guide. Also if you were travelling to Seaworld or some of the other parks it is further than going to the first Disney park. However, we are pleased that you agree that the location is still good.
