Spacious 3 bed 2 bath villa, 15 minutes from Disney, WiFi, South facing pool

We had a great holiday at Calabay Parc villa the property was clean and well maintained,it is ideally placed to access Disney and Universal theme parks and provides an ideal base for your Orlando Florida holiday.
The owner was very helpful and provided us with lots of useful information proir to departure and on arrival at the villa.
The villa is ideally located for playing golf with a ample number of good quality courses within easy reach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be planning to return again in the future.

Calabay Villa is in a fabulous location, close to all the parks (without being too close) in a lovely quiet residential street, and an easy drive from the airport. It is a great size for a family, and the layout works very well (although childrens twin room is away from the master suite if you have young and nervous children), lovely huge master bedroom suite with the biggest bathroom we had ever seen. Also nice to have a seperate breakfast area, plus a dining area for more formal evening meals if you want.

As soon as we arrived we knew we had made the perfect choice. The villa is tastefully and comfortably furnished with everything you would need for your holiday and completely spotless. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of glasses, plates and cutlery, plus cooking utensils and the all important huge American fridge freezer - the ice maker had lots of use! Plenty of clean fluffy towels and even beach towels to use by the pool. The pool itself was lovely and totally private with nice views to woodlands instead of other properties.

The information provided both in the villa, and prior to arrival was excellent, especially the driving tips and it was nice to get a welcome call to check everything was OK. The Owners provide a great service and always seemed to be happy to answer any queries, no matter how random, again both prior to arrivial (suggesting good places to get park tickets and good deals for hire cars - both of which we used and can recommend) and once we were in the villa via email - using the villas broadband service.

Also really useful to have a safe in the villa which was easy to use. Broadband also very useful and the i-pod docking station fabulous, both for listening to your music but also charging iPhone and Ipod touch!

We really didnt want to leave at the end of our holiday and have already recommended the villa to friends. We really hope to return in future.

Excellent villa - both comfortable and luxurious at the same time - beautiful decor and great sized pool, breakfast area and kitchen with added choice of a separate dining room should you wish to use it.

Air con in all rooms plus ceiling fans for those who prefer, even ceiling fan outside in pool area for those hot Florida days.

Massive master bedroom with even bigger bathroom containing twin washbasins and circular bath for two and walk-in glass surrounded shower - luxury for those who like to pamper themselves. Hairdryer & curling tongs x2 in both bathrooms.

More than ample soft towels & beachtowels provided in laundry cupboard with freedom to help oneself. Dishwasher and washing machine were essential and much used thanks to the instructions left for visitors.

Wifi in villa a great asset for those who want to use email free of charge plus very handy folder compiled by owner describing everything to do with villa and what to do/see in Florida. Similar information also provided in attachments to confirmation email to customer.
