This spacious (1850Sq Ft) executive villa just is set in a quiet safe community, with beautiful views looking across the 4th fairway of Polo Park East Golf course. Just 5 minutes walk from the magnificent 400-acre Lake Davenport. A lovely villa with a large private swimming pool in Espirit, Davenport, a 10 minute drive to Disney World and close to all of Central Florida's attractions. Spaciously appointed, air conditioned and well equipped. Separate living, dining and family areas give ample room to spread out and relax. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer (ice-machine too!) and all utensils. The laundry room has both washer and drier. The master bedroom is ensuite and has walk-in wardrobes providing ample storage space. The other three bedrooms are all of double size. A sofa-bed is also available in the family room. Ample linen and towels (including those for pool use) are supplied. The pool deck has table/chairs and loungers.

Notes to the rental rates

• Prices are quoted by week. Stays outside of this structure will be charged by day at a pro-rata weekly rate. Stays of less than 6 nights will incur a cleaning surcharge of £50/$80. A deposit of £250/$400 per booking is required to secure a booking. Full rental balance is due 10 weeks before departure to Florida. A £250/$400 security deposit per booking is also payable 10 weeks before departure. This deposit will be returned after 14 days of the end of the holiday provided a satisfactory report on the condition of the villa and its contents is received from our local manager. Guests are liable for any damage to the villa or its contents during their stay (other than normal wear and tear) and will be charged to cover these losses should they occur. Please notify our local manage of any damage or breakages.
  Payments can be made in UK Sterling or US Dollars by personal check / by bank to bank transfer and in some cases by credit card. Payments can be received in the UK or the US.
  
• Please note that pool heating is charged separately at £14/$25 per day. It is an optional service recommended between November and April.

Final Housekeeping Notes

Pool heat is optional and is charged at £14/$24 per day. Local taxes of 13% also apply but to rental rates only not any extras. Check-in time at the villa is after 4.00 p.m, Check-out time is on or before 11.00 a.m. Please note that only the people named on the booking form are allowed to stay at the villa to the maximum of 10 including infants. Local telephone calls are free from the villa, national and overseas calls can be made by using a pre-paid phone card, these are available at most supermarkets including Walmart . A local manager is contactable for your stay. Other management services that you may come across during your stay are the pool man, the gardener and the guy who keeps tropical bugs at bay. Florida has a sub-tropical climate and as such is a haven for little bugs that would like to get into the fabric of the building. They are prevented by the termite man who pays regular visits to the external area. Your privacy will not be compromised.

Orlando - From Mickey to Outer Space

Walt Disney was the first to recognize its potential when he bought a swathe of swampland and turned it into Disneyworld. He followed this up with the creation of a family of other theme parks including, of course, the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. Following close on Walt's heels came the creators of the other famous theme parks including Sea World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove and so many more. So everybody knows that Orlando is the undisputed world champion in the theme park stakes, which is great, but it has so much else to offer. Orlando is almost mid-way between two beautiful coastlines, both reachable in less than an hour. To the west the long white-sand beaches and warm waters of the Gulf Coast(plus another excellent theme park Busche Gardens and the interesting city of Tampa) and to the east lies the beach resorts of the Atlantic Ocean and Cape Canaveral home of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) - Another fascinating day out.

Golf Information:

The villa overlooks the fourth green of the Polo park East Golf Club. The Polo Park East Golf Club is open to non Members. The approximate prices for the Golf Course are as follows: 9 HOLES $11.00, 18 HOLES $15.00, CART (for 2) $10.00, CLUB RENTAL $06.00. There is a Texas scramble from 8.00am on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Visitors are welcome to join in . If you want to join in you should be at the Club House at 07.30. Please note the Golf Course is private property only Golfers who have paid their green fees are allowed on the course. Literally across the road from this course is Polo Park Golf course. Prices here are similar to Polo Park East. There are 9 other golf courses within 5 miles of the villa they vary in difficulty and price but there is something to suit all prices and skill level.
