Best of all, the pool overlooks a dramatic expanse of open terrain - very private, no rear neighbours. Extra-large eat-in kitchen, plus dining room so everyone can sit. Two separate living room areas, and best of all - a fully-equipped game room with pool table, foosball, stereo CD/radio, TV/VCR/DVD. Equipped with all the luxuries and conveniences that we prefer when we vacation - extra soft 600 Threaded all-cotton sateen sheets, thick cotton towels, Playstation 2 with games to keep the kids (and the young at heart!) busy, large movie assortment, TV in every master bedroom, game room, nursery w/crib & bassinet, extra-large pool area, ETC! Some of the area courses include: Champions Gate - 8 minutes, Highlands Reserve - 5 minutes, Legends at Orange Lake - 7 minutes, Southern Dunes - 16 minutes, Diamondback Golf Club - 26 minutes, Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club & Lodge - 31 minutes, FISHING - the Orlando area is famous for its lakes. Three of the 4 master bedrooms have a king-sized bed. The fourth master is on the first floor, with a queen-sized bed (for folks who don't do stairs). All 4 masters have TV and private bathroom access. Just wanted to thank you so much for everything! The house was everything we expected and more! It was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed -even down to the pool toys and vests for the kids! Our family reunion was an absolute great time. We had 5 different houses rented in Hampton Lakes which made it so convenient for everyone to walk from house to house to visit with each other. And I have to say - your house was by far the nicest!!

On arrival property had not been cleaned, not well maintained, toilets kept getting blocked, rear patio doors secured by wooden stick, not very secure at all. No welcome pack, no instructions for safe operation, other instructions left all over the place, no inventory record on arrival, bbq dirty. Very poor after-care service by property management after break-in, rude and not at all helpful. Owner tried to assist, but generally we felt that once holiday finished end of story. Would not recomend to anyone.
Owner's Response: Of course we are very disappointed with this review.   Despite everyone's best efforts, apparently this guest was not satisfied.  We have been providing holiday homes in Florida since 2004, and not once had a bad review from a guest, nor have we had an alleged break-in prior to this report.  Every effort was made to work with this guest.   Please read our other reviews; you will note that every reviewer was very pleased with our 3 properties.  In fact, many of our past guests return to the same property year after year.   This single review most certainly does not properly represent our villas, or our services, or our care.
