Situated on the Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club, our luxury detached 4 Bedroom 3 bathroom villa with a spacious pool area will comfortably accommodate up to ten people. It is situated 15 minutes from all the Disney attractions and for golf lovers has an ideal location. The villa is fully air conditioned, has its own pool and covered patio area with a gas fired BBQ. There is a spacious lounge, dining area, family room/nook and kitchen/ breakfast room. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer, cooker, microwave oven, waste disposal and dishwasher. There is also an electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, liquidiser, iron and ironing board, and all the cutlery and crockery etc you will need. The separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. All towels and linen, including pool towels, are there for your convenience. Broadband High Speed Internet is installed for your use.

The Highlands Reserve development has a collection of beautiful houses and villas and Lennar, the builder of our luxurious villa, are locally renowned for their style and spacious interiors. In particular the villa is one of the “Estate” type which are of the highest standard. From the moment you enter the development you sense the enjoyment you are about to experience. Highlands Reserve is on Highway 27, at the end of Route 192. For any keen golfers, the villa stands adjacent to where the tee shot ‘should’ land on the first hole! Set in a conservation area, you are also surrounded by beautiful countryside. It is 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport (45 minutes from Sandford) and less than 15 minutes from all the Disney attractions and, if you’re not doing all that, you can simply relax by your own pool.
