Luxury 4 bedroom 2 storey villa,in an idyllic, tranquill setting overlooking the 9th hole of a challenging golf course famous throughout Florida.The property has its own pool,with all mod cons including TV's, Satellite viewing DVD,VRC,CD player,Games cube & TV,fully equipped kitchen and laundry,en-suite master bedroom, all linen provided including pool towels, BBQ and the all important air con. Situated just off the 192 on highway 27 you are only 15 mins away from Disney and all the attractions, and a short distance from airport, shopping malls, international drive and all its attractions including universal, and sea world. There is local amenities around the corner including, supermarket, various takeaways and banking access. We have no doubt that you will be very comfortable in our house and have the holiday of your dreams. Notes: The house is in a very tranquil position and is more of a family home than a holiday rental property, it has all of the home comforts. There are no other properties over looking just the golf course. We do not have a key collection system but allocate a security code to allow entry and exit of the house freeing guests from the worry of keys whilst on holiday. Our management company are very easy to access and will support guests in any way they can. Baby cots and high chairs can be arranged with notice. Pool Hat available on request at a daily rate. A variety of Reading material, maps, videos, DVDs, CDs and games are available in the house for your use. Please feel free to swap or borrow novels. There is a virtual tour that you can access upon enquiry. We want our guests to enjoy their well earned holiday and we will endevour to achieve this.

Golf: The villas is situated on the 9th hole of a championship golf course, this course is not to be missed , as a golfer myself I find this course very challenging. The green fees are paid at the club shop, where golf carts are available. You are also in a prime location to use Orlando's famous courses.

Spent 3 weeks here in July 08, can't fault anything. We have been to Florida about 8 times and stayed in many different villas but this one beats them all. It was so good when Vicky phoned we booked it again for 3 weeks in July 09.
The villa had everything you needed, clean, well maintained. Rob was on hand if we needed anything or information. The small touches like Vicky phoning and Rob visiting to make sure we were happy was great.
Having 2 teenage children with us and finding it hard to keep them amused all the time, the 15 year old spent his time on the golf course which was a 5 minute walk to the club house. This was excellent value for money and a great course.
Also my mum and dad came along, who are disabled and they found the villa fantastic, having the big bedroom downstair with the en-suite helped as they had no stairs to climb.
Its close to all the major theme parks and only a short walk "if you prefer" to the publix and a few nice restaurants.
Would recommend this villa to friends and family.
Can't wait till July.
