Welcome to our superb holiday villa, situated on Highlands Reserve, one of the most desirable locations in the Orlando/Disney area. The year-round warmth of Central Florida, coupled with easy access to Walt Disney World and all other attractions, make this an ideal family holiday location. Highlands Reserve includes an 18-hole golf course, tennis and recreation facilities on-site. The Gulf Coast and Cape Canaveral are within a one-hour drive, while the Everglades can be reached within two to three hours drive.

Yes the trip was fantastic, you have a lovely home and we enjoyed it!!! Thank you again your villa was just right for a holiday!!!!!!!

Well I was very pleased with your house, but I am easily pleased! The true test is if the wife is happy with it ...and she was! Seriously the house was great and we all loved it. The pool was a great plus and the kids spent a great deal of time in it. The location is excellent because it’s literally in the middle of everything but at the end of the day it’s a quiet retreat. A week was too damn short!

We had an excellent time. Weather great - just what we needed mid-winter. Having a rental property ourselves, we know that it is useful to have feedback so, as requested: The house was fine, management no problems, and well cleaned prior to our arrival. The Highlands Reserve setting is peaceful and the golf excellent. The south-facing pool is ideal and we managed without heating it.

was the best way to start every day. Listening to and watching birds we don't have in the north was so enjoyable. The owners were spot on with their instructions re: directions to villa, access to the villa, and particulaly internet access (we have been is some places where access was almost impossible). House is arranged beautifully and was spotless on arrival. We didn't do the amusement parks this time but did enjoy Bok Tower, took a trip to Cape Canaveral, enjoyed hiking in a state park and had a marvelous steak at Mannys restaurant in Haines City. Would suggest you visit the visitors center on Highway 27 just south of Interstate 40 and get info on Polk County. Lots to enjoy, many restaurants that aren't the usual chains we have everyplace. The owners are wonderful to work with and if and when we return to Florida we certainly will contact them. The Highlands Reserve is a lovely community and the golf course is beautiful. A most enjoyable vacation.

Quiet escape to Disney and area

We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and neat. Everything looked just like the photos. We had one small problem that was dealt with very promptly and to our satisfaction. The property is close enough to Disney attractions, but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. Several choices in restaurants are less than 5 minutes away and every possible choice is no more than 20 minutes away. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are already planning to return again next year.
