Outstanding, four-bedroom, two-bathroom home on the popular and executive development of Highland Reserve Completely refurbished in 2005 by its interior designer owners includes top of range furnishings and many luxury extra items including King-size luxury pillow top master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, one in a complete Disney theme and a second double bedroom who share a second bathroom. Large living room with ample seating, formal dining area and upgraded cable TV/DVD and Digital surround sound. Fully equipped kitchen with European shaker style fittings and marble counter tops and breakfast nook. Pool is south-west facing which providing all day sun with the added advantage of not been over looked to the rear with additional landscaping to the sides for added privacy. The pool also can be heated and there is also a gas BBQ. Full Games room also in the garage. High Speed Wi-Fi internet access, free national and international phone calls.

Regal Palms with bar and restaurant facilities and shopping complex with a large Publix, video store, off licence, Souvenir shop, takeway pizza, Italian and Chinese Restaurant are a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive away from the villa.

Notes: The bedrooms are equipped to accommodate eight people. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds, built in wardrobes, drawer and storage space in each. A spacious kitchen/breakfast area is well equipped with the latest appliances allowing full self catering facilities. These include a full size self-cleaning electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, with drink dispenser, dishwasher, double, sink with waste disposal, coffee maker and toaster. Our pool has heating as an optional extra for the winter months of November through to April. You can pay for the pool heat before leaving home or pay our Management Company directly if you decide to have the pool heated while you are there. High Speed wireless internet access is also available. The villa is equipped with an ADT monitored alarm for your security and the pool door has a separate alarm to keep children from entering the pool area unnoticed and also has a pool Baby fence. National and international calls are free (ex. int. Mobile).

Our villa: Our luxury villa is privately owned by Mike and Jacqui Ormond and includes all those personal touches you will not find in a hotel room because we make it our home when we are there! The villa is expertly maintained by our management company with weekly pool, grounds and pest maintenance. They are also on call 24 hours a day to ensure you have a trouble free holiday in our home in the sun! With young Children we have made the villa extra child safe with covers for the electric sockets, pool door alarm and pool baby guard. In addition for those with older children there is a games room which will keep them entertained in the evening with Cable TV, Pool, Table football, Basket Ball, Air Hockey and a DVD and play station.

The location: Our Villa is situated in Highlands Reserve, one of the most prestigious holiday and residential golfing communities in the Orlando area. Highlands Reserve is situated just off of US Highway 27 in a peaceful location set amongst a beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. This is ideally located for easy access to all of the major attractions with shops, supermarkets and restaurants only a short drive away.
