Although only minutes from the Disney theme parks, Highlands Reserve is a very peaceful golf community. It has communal facilities which include a children's playground, tennis court and swimming pool approximately 5 minutes walk from the house. Shops and restaurants are a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk away and Disney World is only 12 minutes drive away. Our home is in a prime location being on a cul-de-sac in the heart of the development on a very quiet lot with no passing traffic and is an extremely relaxing place to spend a holiday. It is on the ridge overlooking the 7th and 8th fairways, west facing looking out beyond the rest of Highlands Reserve to the conservation beyond. We were very careful when we chose the house to make sure that we had views and that it was very private. There is nothing more relaxing than sitting by the pool watching the beautiful sunsets!

The Fabulous Pool

The pool at Cloud Nine Villa was installed in the first half of 2007 and no expense was spared to ensure that it matched the quality in the rest of the home. The large freeform design of the pool is complemented by a rock boundary with planter which in addition to providing privacy, is beautifully lit at night. A grotto waterfall with seating behind, a large elevated spa with waterfall and a shallow beach area with bubbler provide enormous amounts of entertainment. The latest in heating and filtering technology has also been installed with the heat coming from the bottom of the pool to provide a consistent and pleasant temperature throughout and an ozone cleaning system providing clean, fresh water with no chemicals that need washing off after you have been in the pool!
