This is a luxury 3 bedroom villa on the Prestigious Highlands Reserve development. The heated pool is screened for complete privacy and looks towards pine trees.(no rear neighbours!) The property has internet connection and upgraded TV with live Premiership football. The formal living area has sofa and chairs together with a dining table. The master bedroom overlooks the lanai and BBQ area and pool as the sun rise greets you each morning. The master bedroom has en suite facilities with shower enclosure, bath WC and his and her washbasins and walk-in closet. The second double bed. shares a bathroom with the 3rd twin bedroom and has bath WC and shower facilities. This property has access to Highlands Reserve golf course(2mins walk) and the tennis court and children play park also nearby. This home is close enough for the convenience of the parks but far enough away for solitude and peace. For additional photo's a VT tour either telephone or e-mail.Two adult cycles are available.

Highlands Reserve golf course is 5 mins walk away that offers a superb par 72 to suit all stds of player. The local Publix supermarket is a 15 mins walk away with Disney just a 15 minutes car ride away. Convenience, tranquillity, golf, tennis with children’s park on your doorstep but enviable peace and quiet. This is an area that you can walk and cycle either in the pleasant morning temperatures or during the balmy evenings irrespective of the time of the year.Highlands Reserve is kept to impeccable standards.

Notes: There is plenty of towels and beach towels to accommodate eight persons. Linen for all beds are also available. Also there are additional beach chairs, tennis equipment and toys suitable for use in the swimming pool. We stayed here for the second part of our honeymoon. We've been to Florida before and have previously stayed in another villa on Highlands Reserve.

The villa is located just a short drive from the main attractions of Orlando including the Disney Parks and Universal Studios. Highlands Reserve itself is a peaceful area which is well-maintained and has the benefits of having a local Publix supermarket, restaurants and a swimming complex (Regal Palms). There is also a golf course and tennis courts very close to villa, although we didn't get chance to use them during this visit.

The villa was very clean on arrival. We were impressed with the size of the villa, especially the main living areas and master bedroom. The villa had everything we needed, the swimming pool even came equipped with floating chairs- perfect for relaxing! The TVs had a wide range of channels, my husband could even watch football (when I let him).

The owners were very efficient at taking our booking and ensuring that everything was arranged for our holiday. As we were from the UK the owners even lent us their sat-nav (for a small charge) ideal for finding our way around and at a fraction of what it would have cost through the car rental company.

We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon and are looking forward to returning to the villa again in the near future. Thanks to the owners for a fantastic holiday.
