Welcome to our luxury fully air-conditioned villa on Lake Wilson Preserve, which is a small exclusive Mediterranean style development close to Champion’s Gate, Disney, Reunion Golfing Complex and Disney’s Celebration. We are within a short distance of all major Theme Parks & Attractions. Our villa is located in a small quiet cul-de-sac and over looks a wood land area to the rear from our large extended heated pool and deck with patio furniture for 12 and an electric barbecue. It is fully furnished with all modern conveniences, including a fully monitored ADT alarm & safe. The 2 master bedrooms & great room have patio doors which open up on to our Large Extended Pool & Sun Deck. The 2 twins rooms are themed Mickey & Minnie Mouse & Winnie the Pooh & Friends, Children's Toys, Games, FREE INTERNATIONAL Telephone Calls & Wireless Internet Access, Cable TV & DVD with a Selection of DVD Films as well as a Playstation 2 & X-Box both with Games, Cot, High Chair, Play Pen & Pram.

  • We would like to Offer all Emergency Services and Military Personnel a 10% Discount off Listed Prices.
    We also offer a 10% Discount off Bookings for 3 Weeks and a 15% Discount off Bookings of 4 Weeks or more. Please note when making a booking a deposit of £100.00 per week is required to confirm it with our Management Company.
    Unfortunately for stays of 3 Nights or less we do have to charge for the Linen and Cleaning Service which is 95.00 USD, including all State Taxes.
    I am so sorry but there is a charge for Pool Heating it is available at £70.00 per week if you require it, thank you.
  • Our property is Disabled Friendly and suitable for use with a Wheelchair which is provided as well as a Shower Stool.
    Our Villa is Non Smoking Villa, unfortunately we cannot accept pets.
    Maid Service is available but does incur an extra charge, prices available on request.

Golf and Horse Riding: Championship Golf Courses are available at Reunion, Walt Disney World and Champions Gate, all within the surrounding area, horse riding is also available, but each do incure an extra charge.

Theme Parks and Beaches: All the major theme parks, Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Wet and Wild are all within a few miles of the surrounding area, as well as Kissimmee and it's beautiful Old Town. Absolutely Brilliant Holiday at your Villa, and thank you for all the information and help you gave us. The Villa was so well equiped - I couldn't believe how many toys etc. there were. My son loved playing with all the New Things and Swimming in the Pool.
Thank you as well for the Generous Welcome Pack, this was a great help as we ended up not arriving till about 9pm so we were very grateful, especially for the tea bags!!
You must be very proud to own such a lovely property and I hope that we will be able to use it again in the future!

As we were driving there I told my wife the first thing we'd do was to go to the grocery store and buy some eggs for breakfast. Boy, were we surprised to see all the food you provided us including eggs! We first saw the Bread, Fruit, Crackers, Cookies, Sugar, Tea & Wine. But when I opened the fridge there was Milk, Orange Juice, Ham, Cheese , Butter, Bacon, Pepsi, Cheese and Spring Water, Far Out.

Fantastic Holiday!

We have just returned from our holiday of a lifetime and we would like to say a big Thank You for sharing your beautiful home with us. Everything about the villa exceeded our expectations. Our first impressions as we walked through the front door was how roomy it was, spotlessly clean and very cosy! It was very well equipped and there was so much to keep everyone entertained when we just stayed in and chilled! The pool was especially inviting as the weather was glorious and the Welcome Pack was greatly appreciated on our arrival.It contatined all of the essentials and supplies for breakfast the following morning. Ater enduring a 3 hour flight delay at Gatwick we were in need of a nice cuppa when we got to the villa and all we needed to do was put the kettle on. The location of the villa is ideal for the theme parks and if you need anything from groceries to a takeaway dinner, it's only a 5 minute drive away.The PPM was a real help and it was reassuring to know that he was just a call away if we needed him.
We would definitely like to stay here again but next time it will be for longer than 2 weeks. Once again, thank you so much.

Stayed here in May 2009 with another family of 4 which was perfect. The photographs on the website do not do the villa justice as to the size and space there is. Very well equipped and clean villa with everything you need and more. Great welcome pack of basic necessities in the fridge was ideal. Very close to Champions Gate and 2 minutes from Publix supermarket and take away outlets/pharmacy and the 192. 10 minutes to Disney.

Management company were ideal and were only a phone call away to answer any queries we had.

Would recommend this property for a party of 8 including young children as the toys and pool were brilliant to keep them occupied.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home, I made a review sometime back, but I must have did something wrong.....lol...I'd just like to Thank you so much again, and let others know they should rent from you in the futher, lovely home, lots of space, access to 192 and I-4 are pretty close by, and wal greens around the corner for those unexpected emergencies like swimmers ear, fever, or just milk for morning.
