New fully furnished air conditioned Mediterranean style villa with south facing heated Pool & Spa within large enclosed Deck area covered in lanai. Executive home located in a quite secluded cul-de-sac with balcony overlooking pool & conservation area, and near golfing community. 10 minutes drive from Disney and I-4 interstate which also gives direct connections to Seaworld, Universal studios and all coastal regions. The Villa has 4 Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom is a large room with balcony overlooking the pool, walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with large bathtub and separate shower. There also 2 twin rooms and single room adjacent bathrooms with bathtub and shower. Large Kitchen separate with all the amenities, i.e all new dish washer,microwave, washer ,dryer, cooker etc. seperate dining area which can seat 6 people. Large living room with cable TV. The Villa also has large garage and driveway.

The Dining area has patio door leading out to decking and pool area. The Pool area has separate shower and changing room. The Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is upstairs with other 2 bedrooms ( 1 single room and twin) along with second bathroom. There is a large garage and long drive on the front of the house with a large lawn area.

Local Area and traveling: This is a large villa 4 bedroom with 2 floors and easy to locate on the new Lake Wilson Estate near Reunion, off Junction 58 on the I-4. Centrally located in Florida near Kissimmee area and within 10 minutes drive to Disney World and all other attractions. The Villa is very spacious and well furnished to suit young, old or the family holiday. Also Very suitable for the golfing enthusiasts were a there golf courses located locally and off nearby highway 27. Travelling time from Orlando airport is 50 minutes - 1 hour depending on traffic. Champions gate is also nearby with its it's Shops, Chemist, Variety of Restaurants, DVD, PlayStation & X-Box Game Hire Shop, Petrol/Gas Station, Drive through Bank and Golfing Complex designed by Greg Norman. The I-4 connects Daytona and Clearwater beaches which are 11/2 Hour and 2 Hours respectively

Guests: Guest are asked to vacate Villa by 10 AM on departure date. All linen and utility costs are included in price except pool heating cost. If pool heating is required then this will be £35 extra per week. The villa is part of Contempo letting and in case of emergency phone 913 338 2658
