Conveniently located approximately 1.5 miles South of US Highway 192 it is within a 15 minute drive to all the major attractions at Disney. Also there is an abundance of shops nearby including banks, restaurants, gifts etc and golfing facilities aplenty making this an ideal place for your Florida holiday.

Amenities: Within a 2 minutes drive from the Star Florida Villa there is a popular Applebys restaurant, a bistro restaurant, Quiznos, Sports Bar, Chinese Takeaway, Pizza Restaurant/takeaway, Indian Restaurant, Fish & Chips takeaway, a Publix Supermarket, swimming pool shop, UPS store offering full postal service, realtor shops, bank/ATM and several shops offering internet access. There is also a Super Walmart within a 5 mins drive, along with various other restaurants located along the Highway 27 and the US192.

Coming soon : A new Walmart and shopping district has been built just 1mile from the villa.

Golf: There are eleven 18 hole golf courses that are within a 15 minute drive from the villa. Four of the courses are public, Six of the courses are semi-private and one course is on a resort. My management company can offer some discounts at the Highlands Reserve golf course(5 minutes from my villa). Please enquire.

Other Activities: Disney World Parks, Universal Studios National Parks, Pleasure Beach Entertainment(Night clubs and shows), Busch Gardens

I would just like to express how much our family enjoyed our holiday while staying at your villa. The pool was so great and we enjoyed so much sun into the late afternoon because it was south facing and our 2 kids loved it! We loved your games room for when the weather was not so good. Everything in regards to the leisure and entertainment parks at Disney were not far away at all to drive. You were so kind in helping us to obtain the information we requested from you and your management company were extremely helpful, therefore we would very interested in booking for the same time next year. Convenient villa location

This villa is clean, comfortable. The large heated pool, with was great for my wife and our friends after long days in the theme parks. The few "teething" problems we encountered were swiftly, and very efficiently dealt with by the management company within half an hour.

The location was ideal for us as, 10 minutes from Disney the drive down to Tampa just that little bit easier by easy access to he Interstate 4. Still, 10-15 mins to the gates of Disney is not bad in anyones books.

Out of the estate and onto Highway 27 you have Publix to the left (my favourite supermarket) and Cracker Barrel restaurant to the right,(no alchohol, just great food and a fantastic shop to mooch around in while your meal digests) just before the I 4 motorway, which in turn leads East to all the theme parks you could want and West to Tampa and Busch Gardens, just over 1 hour away.

Anyone going to Florida for the first time should consider staying in this villa because it is family friendly with all ages catered for. To shop, use Publix, to eat, go to the nearest Ponderosa (try the one on the 192) where you will find the choices amazing and the prices very, very low.

The villa was very clean on our arrival and it was obvious that it was kept very well maintained. The management company were always on hand to help us with any queries if needed and to deal with the couple of issues we had with the property. Very helpful!!

Good 5 year old Home.

40 minutes to Universal. I didn't check time to Disney(it's shorter).

Walmart at two minutes, Publix Market at five min. Very close to McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, Popeye, etc...

Heated pool for $90 extra a week.

No game Room (at least when I went by Dec. 2008)
