Our wonderful Florida Villa has 4 double bedrooms (2 master en-suites) which both lead directly out on to the pool deck area, 2 further bedrooms (one has a Disney theme) with their own bathroom. We have a separate Family Room (with 51' High Definition Surround Sound Digital TV, DVD, Video, Stereo system), a Living Room where you can sit quietly with a book and a separate Dining Room for those family meals. We have a fantastic extra large pool facing a Sunny South Westerly direction with Jacuzzi. We also have a great Games Room with Pool / Billiard table and Air Hockey, Safe, PC with High Speed / Wireless Internet Connection, PS2 and games, Cot/Crib, Highchair, Pushchair and loads more. Disney Villa is right at the heart of all the fun. Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet N’ Wild are just some of the great attractions this area has to offer, with thrills for everyone young and old(er!). You are also about an hour away from Clearwater where you can find fantastic beaches, national parks and a great aquarium. You could also hire an air boat and have a look at Florida's oldest residents in their natural surroundings - Alligators! Apart from the normal Orlando attractions you will want to spend some time at our Villa. 'Countryside' at Tuscan Ridge is small, exclusive and surrounded by Orange Groves and Woodland. On a still warm night you can smell the oranges as you sit by the pool. The community is safe and has little traffic unlike the many huge estates around. Our community is both residential and rental and therefore has a deep sense of care and well being. We also have a small Gym, Playground and Volleyball Court for the energetic

  • Security Deposit: A security deposit of £250 / $400 will be requested on payment of the balance of the rental - 10 weeks before commencement of your holiday. This will be returned once the post inventory check has been completed by the
    Management Company. For bookings under 7 nights a cleaning charge of $95/£65 will be charged.
  • Deposit:

    A non refundable deposit of £150 / $250 per week (pro rata for part weeks) will be requested to secure the booking and requested dates.
  • Pool Heating:

    Pool / Jacuzzi heating is £15 / $25 per day (minimum 4 days).

The 2nd Master has a Queen size Bedroom which is very spacious (same as an UK King Size) with a cable TV and en-suite bedroom. Access to pool. Notes: We welcome guests with wheelchairs but our villa is not specifically converted with handles and ramps. Tuscan Ridge also has a lovely Community Playground, Small Gym and Volleyball Court. You can also walk over to the edge of our Community (5 minutes) and wander into the natural environment of Florida. We have seen some fantastic birds, turtles and wild turkeys.

Those Extra Touches:: We pride ourselves on keeping our villa immaculate and a pleasure to holiday in. Our Management Company is always to hand to help you out with extra info. We have ceiling fans in all our rooms, including the large double lanai. A large 51' High Definition Soround Sound Digital TV, DVD, Video, Stereo system in the Family Room and a Playstation 2 in the kids bedroom. All our bedrooms have their own TV/Video or CD Player. We have also just added a computer with Broadband Internet Access. It will also let you put your memory stick in from your digital camera and copy directly onto a blank CD - you can sort out your photos while still on holiday!! There is also a lovely Games Room with a Pool / Billiard Table and Air Hockey for you to while away your evenings. Also, for your convenience and security the villa has a Safe. We have spent a huge amount of time making our Villa a wonderful home for us when we are there and a fantastic, luxurious home for our Guests to spend the

Golf: We are minutes away from several golf courses which we can give you more information on. If you would like the more professional course, the Champions Gate Golf Course is just 5 minutes away. What a Find.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa.This is our 2nd visit to the villa and we once again found it to be first class.The villa is soooo comfortable with lovely decor and furniture.The photos on website just touch on how lovely it really is.
The pool and jacuzzi were great and having opted for it to be heated meant that we could comfortably swim till late in the evening.
We found that we were close to all the attractions and spoiled for choice when it came to eating out..
The management Company were easy to contact and it was good to know that they were only a call away.It was obvious that they took great pride in maintaining the villa as standard of cleanliness was 1st class.
Terri the owner was helpful giving links and tips in the information booklet that she provides.
We hope to return next year and would happily recommend to all .
If I had any criticism it would be that Terri could not make my boss give me a me longer time off !!!!! as I could quite happily have stayed for longer !!!!

Mit meinem Sohn habe ich über eine Woche in dieser Villa verbracht. Bei Tag waren wir meistens unterwegs, umsomehr genossen wir danach den pool. Es hat uns in diesem Haus gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub braucht.

Now in english: With my son I have spent more than one week in this villa. During day we were on trip mostly. When we came back, we enjoyed afterwards pool. We have well liked it in this house. The equipment is to be recommended. The house is equipped with all what one needs for the vacation.

Great time in Sunny Florida

My family and I vacationed at the Villa in September. The weather was great and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi (I would recommend getting it heated...even if it is hot outside). Terri was more than willing to help us with any inconveniences we had and was prompt to do so. The house was clean and spacious. The maintenance crews were helpful as well. We were very close to good restaurants, Sea World, Universal Studios, and a nice outlet center. We didn't go to Disney, but it was very close by as well.

One member of our group is not able to walk around and this villa was very nice because there were no stairs (we did bring a small ramp for the front door). The bathroom attached to the "guest suite" was a walk-in shower which was convenient for this group member.

The pictures of the house are accurate. It is hard to get a feel for how large the pool is, but it was actually larger than I thought it was going to be. Also the jacuzzi easily fits 4 - 5 adults.

I would recommend you give this villa a shot! The neighborhood is very well maintained and felt very safe. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Disney Villa, Tuscan Ridge

Hi Terri, We have just returned from your villa and I felt I had to write a review to let everyone know what a fantastic home you have. We have had a fansastic holiday and having your beautiful home to come home to everynight was a real bonus. The house is beautiful and very very clean, everything is provided and the master suite is out of this world.

Having the PC and the Playstation was a real bonus which
all the boys loved, we thought they would also make good use of the games room but we couldnt get them out of the lovely pool.

The other real bonus is the location, the street it self is very quiet yet it is very near to a number of restaurants, Applebees became our favourite and the children were well catered for. Tuscan Ridge is also really close to the I4 and therefore you are never far away from the theme parks.

I have stopped in a number of villa's before but never anything as good as this, I wouldnt hesitate in recommending it to anyone.

Thanks again Terri and especially for all your quick responses to any questions we had, I really hope we will be using your home again in the near future.

The Perfect Family Holiday Location!

We have just had the most wonderful family holiday staying at Disney Villa in Tuscan Ridge. What a beautiul home you have Terri - so very welcoming and far exceeded our expectations. It really was of the highest standard and provided everything we needed for our two week holiday.
We all loved the villa and felt completely at home and to be honest could quite happily have stayed there and not gone out at all! It was spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool was fantastic and was very welcome after a day in the theme parks.
Disney Villa's location offers easy access to the I-4, ideal for all the attractions.
Another important point that deserves mentioning is the outstanding support that Terri offers. Any query we had was always answered promptly and it was so reassuring knowing that Terri was only a phone call or email away.
I hope we will be lucky enough to go back to Florida again soon and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Having experienced a stay at Disney Villa we would not want to use a hotel again and would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful home to anyone.
