Executive home with heated private pool, large sundeck, and overlooking lake. Two children’s themed bedrooms and three double bedrooms with en suite and TV in all bedrooms. The property is fully air-conditioned and has many special features - such as breakfast bar, walk in closets, built in laundry and fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances. It has high vaulted ceilings and has been furnished by interior designers. The property also has a GAMES ROOM equipped with a professional pool table. Internet access is available with a wireless link and PC. Pool toys, home entertainment centre with video and DVD players (selection of videos and DVD included) Community facilities include free use of the community pool, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball courts and children’s play area. 24hour management and free local phone calls. No smoking, no pets, no singles.

FABULOUS VILLA AT BRILLIANT PRICE

Have stayed at a number of villas over the years in the Disney Area and this is without doubt one of the best. From the moment we walked in we felt like we were at home. Property is in an excellent postion on the estate overlooking the lake and the decor makes it very light and airy.
Everything is provided for and the owners are a pleasure to deal with, who include a lot of personal touches including ringing us in the first couple of days to make sure everything was okay. Beds are extremely comfy as are the living room seats which are ideal to collapse into after a busy day at the parks
Would fully recommend this villa and would not hesitate to go back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Wonderful villa

The villa was above and beyond our expectations with every amenity we could possibly need readily available. The booking process was made very simple by the owners who were extremely helpful and friendly. Access to the villa on arrival was straightforward without the necessity of finding a letting agency to obtain a key - which is a hassle after a long journey. The villa was beautifully furnished and the pool and lake view was very relaxing. Seeing the hot air balloons floating over the villas early in the morning was an amazing sight. The location was perfect for access to all the theme parks. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough and would definitely stay there again if available. Understandably it seems very popular.

Thank you for letting us stay in your fantastic Villa. The location was ideal for all attractions. This home certainly has the "wow" factor! The childrens themed disney and seaworld rooms were fantastic. We also really enjoyed chilling out in the pool area with the lovely view of the lake.The owners were really helpful and gave us lots of ideas of where we should eat and what to do. I would certainly highly recommend this property and am looking forward to going back soon.
