Just been redecorated thoughout.The 4 bedroom townhouse is situated within a gated community of Regal Palms Resort. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. There is another double room on the ground floor which also has an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are both furnished with twin beds, and share the third bathroom. All bedrooms have tvs and 3 have dvds. All bedlinen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and cooker etc, plus washer/dryer. There is sufficient parking space for 2 cars.

Check in is 24 hours, 7 days a week.

The resort offers a tropical pool complex with slide and lazy river, plus jacuzzi, and kids playground. There is also a clubhouse with bar/restaurant/games room and internet cafe. The spa hosts a gym/sauna/steam room & beauty facilities.

The house offers the comfort of your own home with the luxury of resort amenities on your doorstep!

Disney is only 15 mins away with Seaworld, Universal, Discovery cove, Aquatica 30 mins and Busch Gardens approx 1 hour so this would be an ideal place to make your base. Highland Reserve Golf Club is 3 mins drive to the club house which is a par 72 championship course. Within 15 mins drive you can discover numerous top class courses. If you are going on a golfing break let us do all the bookings of your tee times and have a hassle free vacation. Berry town is a 2 min drive or 5 min walk from our house and has the following outlets: supermarket, UK chip shop/bar, Pizza, Indian, Chinese, Applebys restaurant. USA style bar and lots of other outlets. Walmart is only 5 mins drive down the 27 and also has several other eateries along this road, the same applies to the 192 which is only a 5 min drive. One place to visit on the 192 is Old Town, every Friday night they have a parade of old cars and there is an amusement park for the kids entertainment whilst you take a look around the shops

Additional information about rental rates

  • All rates are starting rates and not a confirmed amount. We will confirm weekly rates at enquiry stage. We do have access to other houses and their rates might be more or less than ours depending on size and owners request. A deposit of £100.00/$180.00 is requested to secure your booking. The outstanding balance is due eight weeks before the date of travel.
    A few days prior to your arrival, our management team will contact you to complete a rental agreement. You will be required at this time to leave a security bond of $250.00 by means of credit card details. This amount will be refunded if no damage has occurred to the property. The Resort Management wil be charging $10 per night, per home for use of the resort facilities. This is applicable to all reservations made as of 1st August 2006. This charge is out of our control and will be collected on check in.

  • The master bedroom has its own television with cable. It also has an ensuite with bath and shower above. There is plenty of storage space with walk in closet and chest of drawers. The ground floor bedroom is ideal for those who have difficulty with the stairs. This too has its own ensuite with bath and shower above. It also benefits from a television and DVD player. Both of the twin rooms have two single beds, closet and chest of drawers, plus television and DVD players. These rooms share the third bathroom.

Highly recommended. Property was clean and well maintained, the resort was excellent with all the amenities and facilities you could use on holiday. Good customer service and communication from the owners before and after our stay. Look forward to returning as soon as we can.

Great place for families

The description of the property was accurate. The condo was clean with a great layout. We travelled with out in-laws so the room downstairs was perfect. It was just the right amount of separation. Booking and all correspondence was easy and painless. We would definitely recommend this property to others. It is a great distance to Disney and all the attractions. Shopping is close by. We have a 7 and 4 year old and the pool was perfect for their age range. The only thing I would change was not being able to bring water bottles or canisters to the pool area.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children

Great Stay

We have stayed in Orlando the past 6 years, and 1 other time at Regal Palms. This condo was definitely the best maintained, and had more amenities than others. In particular, while the towels were not "new", this is the first time we actually had enough. Great experience and we would definitely stay again.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We dont get out to florida as often as we would like so when guests place reviews this helps us to know the house is in good order and this is due to having a good management team looking after the property.

Exceptional Place

Hi, I had been to Florida four times previous to this holiday, but by far this accomodation was the best, all in one place, everything was on site that was needed, food, drink, swimming pool and the Disney parks close by, I WILL definitely be back with my family!

Brilliant holiday at Regal palms resort Florida.

Overall we would highly recommend this property. It is in a gate community and therefore feels very secure and friendly.

The description of the resort and property are very accurate. Is ideally situated to Disney world resort but also far enough away to relax away from it all if you choose.

The property felt like home from home and the owner has decoarted the property to make you feel very welcome and comfortable. The property benefits from all the facilities one could wish for. The property is only a short walk from the relaxing pool area and also the amenities of bury town which include supermarket and restaurant. A Walmart is also a short drive away.

The property would suit couples and families alike and is an ideal base to explore Florida. We enjoyed our stay in this very clean and friendly property and resort and we are keen to return to enjoy another stay in the same property soon.

We highly recommend this property and we would like to thank the owners for such a nice stay.
