Welcome to our spacious and luxurious 5 bed 4½ bathroom villa ideally located for easy access to local attractions. The property is furnished to a very high standard and offers a very high level of facilities including: Cable/TV/DVD in every bedroom; 57 inch TV in Family room with VCR & DVD; over sized pool with Spa; 3 Master bedrooms 1 with a king size bed and 2 with queen beds all with en suite bathrooms; 2 twin bedrooms (quality beds to accommodate adults/teenagers) We accept 12 if the toddler bed and travel cot are used; PC with broadband anytime internet access (+wireless router if you have your own Laptop); PS/2 with games; Baby/toddler facilities (inc High chair and booster. 2 strollers, cot/playpen); 2 sets of high quality golf clubs for guest use. Large gas BBQ for guest use. Gas provided by guest [bottle there ready to exchange] if needed. Beach towels and hair dryers are provided for your use.

Nearest Airport: Easy access from both Orlando Int & Sandford at 20 Miles
Nearest Motorway: Right next to intersection of 27 and 192 at 2 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 70.0 Miles
Car: necessary
The villa is in the Davenport near the intersection of Highway 27 & 192. We are off the beaten track, but within 15 minutes of Disney’s main gate. We are in a quiet less “touristy” area but less than 5 minutes from a supermarket. There's a choice of two Publix supermarkets within 3 miles of the property, a Wal-Mart is 2 miles away and there’s a wealth of restaurants nearby. Disney’s main gate within 15 minutes Seaworld is about ½ hr away, and Universal about 35 to 40 minutes. Busch Gardens, Tampa and St Petersburg are also easy to get to. Orlando International Airport within ½ hr to 45. Another30 minutes for Sandford. Don’t forget Tampa as an option also, being close to Highway 4 and South of Orlando means Tampa is about 90 minutes away.

  • ALL RENTAL RATES ARE INCLUSIVE OF ALL LOCAL TAXES, ELECTRICITY, WATER AND AIR CONDITIONING ONLY ADDITION IS IF YOU WOULD LIKE POOL HEATING (INFO BELOW).

    Rates are in UKP but we are happy to take other currencies including obviously USD ($).Rates are weekly and are from Saturday to Saturday. If you have different dates, we will always try to accommodate you. Just give us a call or email us.
  • Cancellation policy
    Greater than 16 weeks before arrival - Return of deposit
    16 weeks before arrival -loss of deposit
    12 weeks before arrival - 50% loss
    9 weeks before arrival - 75% loss
    6 weeks before arrival - 100% loss
  • Pool heating (recommended November to March) is charged extra at £90 per week. A non-refundable booking deposit of £200 is required at time of booking and booking will not be confirmed until deposit is received. Balance is payable 12 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £250 against breakages / damage will also be required with the final payment and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection by the management company following your departure.

  • There are 4 bathrooms and 1 downstairs 1/2 bathroom. Bathroom 1 is en suite to the Master 1 bedroom. It is on a grand scale with separate tub and walk in shower. It has twin sinks and beyond it is a huge walk in closet with a safe Bathroom 2 is ensuite to Master 2 with a bath and shower Bathroom 3 is ensuite to Master 3 with a bath and shower This bathroom also lead onto the pool area downstairs so double up nicely as a place to shower after swimming Bathroom 4 is between the twin rooms and has a shower bath and s sinks the downstairs bath is off of the family and lounge areas for convenience. All bathroom come with lots of towels for you convenience. All are tiled To facilitate so many bathrooms there's an oversize water heater to make sure everyone gets a hot shower, even in the largest parties.

We had a great time at the house! It was very clean and was equipped with everything we would have needed including beach towels. Great house to rent and Simon and Pamela were a joy to deal with. They took great care of us and we would definitely rent from them again.

I stayed here with my family and we all had a great time.There was lots for the children including PS2 and games and the adults enjoyed the spa in the evening with a cold glass of Chablis.Fantastic and can't wait to go back!!
